About eight months ago, in the midst of a very difficult time in my life, I had the strangest encounter. I was browsing on Facebook for alumni from my college, and came across someone who literally sent chills through my entire body. All it took was one glance at his picture, and in my mind I saw his birth chart -- nothing like I've ever experienced before. He didn't have his birthday listed, but I felt that he was an Aries, had an earth moon, Venus and Mercury in Aries, something in Aquarius, and a cardinal ascendant. He had "astrology" listed as an interest, so I decided, what the heck -- and messaged him asking if any of those placements were correct.

At the time, he was living in Thailand and I was living in Oregon.

A few days later, he replied. He said every guess was right. Reading my message had shaken him up so much, he had to leave the internet cafe he was in to go home and collect himself. While he was in the bathroom there, the lightbulb exploded.

Flash forward the next few months. Both of us were in on-again, off-again relationships; we still lived continents apart; yet we managed to have phone conversations and e-mails once in a while. Every time we spoke, it felt like connecting to some esoteric realm; our conversations were typically spiritual in nature, discussing dreams, past lives, memories, experiences, and anything in between.

Then, a week ago, quite by surprise, he ended up in my hometown.

I told him he could stay with me. Both of us are single now. We met in person for the first time, and when we first locked eyes, it felt like reality itself shifted. The chemistry was intense; we were "together" after just one day, and even started having the same dreams each night.

So, that was a week ago. Things were wonderful the first few days, but then... the intensity became too much for me to handle. Old wounds, memories, things I thought I had buried -- all started rising back to the surface. I felt like I was going insane. Everything changed in the span of two day and I felt myself pushing away, trying to get distance from the situation, trying to understand all the obscure things swirling through my head.

Yesterday, the day of the eclipse, he sensed me being distant and everything erupted. I couldn't put words to what my fears were, but I told him I needed space... it was like I was going through a giant karmic detox. He decided to leave, and though we didn't depart on the happiest terms, we want to reunite in the near future and pursue some mutual goals.

Anyway, I thought the "eruption" was interesting because it happened right around the eclipse. And the eclipse happened exactly on his ascendant, and 3 degrees away from both my moon and Midheaven.

I'm feeling less insane now, but it was the most intense week of my life, and I literally still feel his presence even though he's gone.

synastry has planet angle conj, nodal action and also oppositions, which i think the twin soul is about, feeling so much alike and have that closeness of experience combined with the amount of dissimilarity to provoke interest and to provide something to bounce off of, you have the angle conj as well. your mars opp his uranus pts somewhat to a quick departure but the merc venus jup sun etc conj is very much full of good will.

i see a lot of factors that pt to poss. twin souls ~ and at the very least soul mates on some level

Based on what I've read there it sounds like you're the "runner." I think there is a thread on here, maybe in the soul unions forum, that talks about twin souls and soul shock, which sounds like what is happening to you. I'm happy for you! Jealous, but happy!

I wonder if injuries/accidents occur very often when people with a lot of karma between them (or twin souls, etc.) meet and then separate? This was definitely the most severe accident I've ever been in. Then again, I have some tricky transits with Mars, Uranus, Saturn, and Chiron right now.

And these intense relationships tend to bring that out in us. Relationships in our lives right now serve a deep transformative purpose, we are absolving Karma and transmuting deeply rooted issues and reclaiming our own energy in the process, which is imperitive now with the shift in human consciousness taking place.
I noticed something you wrote.

That is happening for a reason. You cannot bury things you can only transmute them. You are being pushed to explore these "buried" old wounds and memories. Find these energy vortexs in your Merkaba acknowledge them and heal them dont bury them. They are just as much apart of your Energetic being, as your hands are to your Physical being. And it is important not to project you issues on to him.
When you enter into relationships of this magnitude they act as mirrors to your Merkaba
bringing out the negative energies in you that are linked to different experiences from your childhood to now.

Honesty and truthfulness is important now.
Did you tell him why you were pushing him away?
Ask yourself why you felt the way you did, you must release these issues.

Now is a great time to release them with this Eclipse coming up. You have the potential for major growth right now.

Is this all making sense? If you are meant to be in a relationship with him, you will know. And if he is your twin soul. You will know. But do not be sidetracked by your emotions, balance them with logic, the logic of why you have met. It was no coincidence that you met his man.

Before you can explore the possibility of a twin soul you must first master the responsibility of loving yourself as much as you would love a "twin soul".

Your Synastry is awesome, you definitely have alot to learn from this man. You understand each other on very deep levels and you have choosen to meet again for important reason.
Check your Angel, Spirit, and DNA asteroids.
Also look at the different Soulmate asteroids you know the Perseph/Prose and Zeus and Hera, and so on.

And keep us posted as I am totally curious as to how the dynamics of that Synastry will play out between you two. What an awesome experience though, thanks for sharing it with us.

I'm glad that you are OK. The first thing that came to mind when you wrote that you had a "psychic" connection was that you most likely have an aspect between Psyche and either the Sun/Moon/or Neptune of the other person. Your Psyche is conjunct his moon and he already has a Sun/Psyche/Venus/Mercury conjunction (holy moly) natally and it conjuncts your North Node, Jupiter and Venus?!?! And is his NN conjunct your Sun as well? That is some seriously in depth synastry. Some of the most intense connections I've seen.

It seems by looking at the composite (I'm a novice in that area...just started a thread) that you were destined to come in and out of eachother's lives, but I don't see it ending, unless someone else can see something I don't. Looks like you will always have a deep and transforming love for eachother...even if you aren't together 24/7 or have other relationships/experiences along the way.
