Hey everyone, I'm kinda new here. So.. this has been bothering me for a long time. I've known this person for 3 years now, we went to school together, typical stuff. However, when we first sat down and talked, there was the odd familiarity regarding how I felt about him. It wasn't just like "oh, you're so easy to talk to, it's like we've always known each other!", but it had the continuation of something unfinished -- that kind of tone. It always feels that way, and it's very jarring for me.
Not only that, but I can definitely read his mind at times. I'm usually a typically perceptive person, but when him and I get into in depth talks, a bunch of images flash into my mind that aren't my own and it's evident that they belong to him when I start a conversation in that goes in that direction. The aura between us is supremely intense it actually physically hurts to talk about my inner most feelings with him. I'm not usually some deeply wounded person, but it's like we become these enrapt children around each other when we're usually very poised, intelligent and composed people otherwise. It's really interesting. Could someone look at our synastry and tell me what's up? I'm DYINGG to know and not exactly a pro at astrology.
We dated in the past but circumstances never really allowed us to further that, so thus we've never been physically intimate either. THAT energy right there is also extremely intense, but that's a different story.

I notice an IC connection. Your Sun is more or less conjunct his IC and his Moon and Venus exactly conjunct your IC. That feeling of familiarity reflects this. Whenever the axis' are triggered in astrology the connection is potent. I also noticed that his MC is also conjunct your Pluto, this is far fetched, but you maybe transforming his status or purpose, The MC aka Midheaven is the house of career and social status. Last but not least, your Saturn is conjunct his Ascendent, that is a binding aspect for sure. This person will be in your life for a long time. You should look at (or get a good astrologer to look at) your draconic synastry, and also your Karma and Vertex. One idea is to post a chart on the "Questions for IQHunk" thread--he's good with looking at deep, karmic-feeling connections.I agree with Vertiver--those tight conjunctions of planets to angles could lead to a strong feeling of mutual connectedness--PLuto-MC means the Pluto person can transform the MC person's life path, and you also have your Pluto conjunct his Sun-Pluto conjunction (I had that with someone I was involved with for almost 15 years, I felt a deep and intense connection with that person)....his Moon-Venus on your IC would make you feel close and familiar...your Saturn on his AC could add to the longevity of his connection with you. Also, his NN is widely conjunct your Moon, which would lead to a sense of familiarity on his part. The attraction/connection looks VERY mutual to me. I'm crap at reading charts unless I have the degrees written in front of me, but it looks like you have Venus-Mars opposition, and maybe Venus-Pluto? Both attraction/intensity builders. To me it looks like if you are both single and available, there would be potential for an exciting and intense long-term romantic relationship here. (Assuming you have correct birth times for each person.) The only thing missing is a tight conjunction between the angles, which tends to be there in long term partnerships. IP: Logged |

VETIVER - is it the same for saturn conjunct someone's IC or does that mean more a suffocating, restricting encounter and not necessarily a long lasting friendship/relationship, please?IP: Logged |

Thank you for your reply vertiver  I do notice that whenever we speak, he goes from being fairly reckless and "acting his age" in general, and something stirs in him emotionally to be upright and dignified around me, which is flattering considering doesn't just "bow down" to anyone, so to speak. So it's interesting to me when you say that I can transform his purpose! I definitely need to look more into the IC.. He's the kind of person who isn't one to say something out loud lest it becomes "permanent". There's a fear there.
