I was just taking a closer look at the geographical astrology at astro.com. They present maps of all the continents in particular, and of the whole world in general, and draw the planetary/midpoint-“lines” from your natal chart on these maps. Certain points of “high energy” are marked with a circle – and I guess that the places where two or more lines cross each other might also be of high significance for personal “astrological energy”.

I started to study my “lines” now … and found out some interesting, also inspiring things. How about studying yours – and share your findings with us?

Here are two of my own findings – I started with studying Europe, my home continent:

1.) The ASCENDANT- factor: The town where I was born in lies exactly on the course of my ASC-Neptune-line. And in my natal chart … I have Neptune in my 1st house, closely cj. my ASC (by 1dg). So … geographically speaking, I was “born right on my ASC” – right? Is that a coincidence? How does your chart-map look?

Even more astonishing: I’ve lived in 4 different major cities since then … and even though they are quite far away from each other, spread all over the country, they all still lie close to that ASC-Neptune-line. (The line is taking a diagonal course over the map of Europe). I wasn’t aware of that, till now. The towns I’ve lived in lie either left or right to that ASC-Neptune-line – but all very close to that line. As if this ASC-Neptune-line was some sort of “personal route” for me … ???

The two towns “right”/Eastern to that line brought more intense, more exciting, but also more hurtful and draining experiences to me – I went there with high hopes – and experienced severe disappointments there. Whereas the towns “left”/Western to that line have a more easy going, also more “boring” feel to them. I felt and feel much better settled there, these seem to be “healthier” places for my soul. (Currently, just six months ago, I have moved from a town right/Eastern to that line to another one, which is in fact left/Western of that line …. about 400 km distance between these towns. AND: My life has certainly improved since then, in very basic ways, financially, job-wise, and as far as mental peace is concerned…)

2.) Studying this map of Europe more intensely … I recognize a point, where three lines are crossing each other – some energetic point?
It’s
Venus-MC
IC – North Node
Saturn –DSC
all crossing each other at one specific place.
Hm … fantasizing about this crossing … I thought that … it MIGHT mark a place where I could marry and settle down one day …(Venus/MC and IC/Node) And with a stern/older/serious partner who is grounding me in a way? (Saturn/DSC).

To my surprise, this place would be on the most Western part of France, Bretagne/Brittany, opposite to Cornwall … So: Is THAT the place I should go to, if I wanted to find a reliable husband and found a family one day…? ;-)

Not necessarily. You should look at your 7th house to see it's ruler and any planets in that house. then look at your fifth house as well. Supposedly this is how you will meet. The maps on astro might indicate a good place to live. You need to really look at all the info.

Thank you, aka KAT! ;-) Actually, my little France-theory was meant a bit humourous. Although ... following your advice, studying my 7th house ruler ... : It's Venus (DSC in Taurus) - and Venus is placed in my 9th house (commonly said to be the house of travelling to foreign countries - so France might be involved here again, haha.) No, just kidding. Whereas ... my last serious relationship was long distance, with a foreigner from a different country, indeed. Hm. And my first boyfriend ever, at school he happened to be a foreigner too, he had grown up in my country, but his family came from a different part of that continent...
