Compassion, defined as “deep awareness of the suffering of another, coupled with the wish to relieve it”Magnanimity, defined as “…greatness of mind; elevation or dignity of soul” Solidarity, “A bond of unity between individuals, united around a common goal or against a common enemy” quote:
…named as a result of the September 11, 2001 attacks against the Twin Towers in New York City. As a commemorative gesture, the IAU's Committee for the Nomenclature of Small Bodies chose three objects discovered in observatories on different continents and christened them with names representing some of the most basic and universal human values. Their selections were 8990 Compassion, 8991 Solidarity, and of course 8892 Magnanimity.
Compassion in Cancer in the 6th house – makes sense, especially in the 6th house and in Cancer. I am a big ole softy: Comp. sextile Saturn

This is fun!My compassion is conjunct my MC and trine my pluto. My solidarity is conjunct my TN and sextile my venus and moon. My magnamity is in my 5th house and square my mars. IP: Logged |

Solidarity at 1* Cancer in my 10th house
Compassion at 29* Leo in my 12th house (conjuncts Mercury)
Magnanimity at 16* Aries in my 8th house

This is fun! Compassion falls in my 4th House @ 21*Taurus (makes total sense to me!)

Solidarity falls into my 11th House @ 7*Cappy (wow.. this makes sense too.. uniting with friends/groups to fight against/for something together!)

(this is also exact conjunct with my on/off guy's Eros and 7 deg conj. his Vertex.. interesting.. )
