I was looking at past years this A.M.. One year in particular looked stellar on paper. Loads of Trines, Sextiles and ease. As a person with a square infested chart I went WOW that was a good period, and indeed it was. There were also quite a few 11-12 yr cycles beginning that involved benevolent Jupiter. The oppositions were beneficial, in that they involved Pluto. Saturn made a few stresses, but they were always offset by handy sextiles involving Neptune. All in all-- on paper-- for chart challenged little ol me it looked like a cool breeze. So, I spent an hour or so this morning looking for the next. 2011-2012 on paper has much the same Tapioca ride. Little encased nuggets of goodness . All irritants and challenges are met by a sweet cloud of vanilla cream. I needed something to look foreword to, and will study these particular years on and off for some months to come...Virgo Rising looking for the Keynote speaker... Jupiter is a playa again; but the year has different complexities of course. If I had ephemeris capabilities then, I would have bought a bottle of wine to age. A really good one, and popped that puppies cork in April of 2011.IP: Logged |

Hi Node, it's lovely to 'see' you Ya know, that would be a good exercise for me to do..... it would help give me a light at the end of the tunnel I've recently dodged two bullets (so to speak) -- the exact sq of tPluto to Venus and the exact conj of tUranus to Moon (for now -- they're retro'ing and will return )..... and there's the happy prospects of tSaturn opp Moon in September, tSaturn conj Venus next year and my son's tUranus conj Sun in 4 years IP: Logged |

it would help give me a light at the end of the tunnel T Saturn opp Moon, next will conjunct N Jupiter. Momma troubles...and meself come to that. Speaking of Mommas hows yours Last three years have been brutal...we all need a light. Particularly the mid-to late 60's folk. Been thinkin on that. Start a thread in a few days...weeks? I obsess on that period because it is one of my astro faves, and with Jupe ready to go Pisces, Uranus last stages of said Pisces, and their Chiron in opp to Saturn. etc etc.. Shout out to Saturn, Chiron in Pisces folk coming to a theater near you. your next 'bullets' will be even more accurate in my experience, the 2nd 'hit' is harder. Humans tho grown automatic Kevlar, noticed that? Good to see you too.IP: Logged |

Maybe Node should become our astrological weather forecaster. IP: Logged |

Hear, hear, AG!! Love the "automatic kevlar" description, Node I agree, tho..... the shock of the first hit passes, as you live with it every day and sleep with it every night for a long time (especially the Outers) -- you kinda become inured to your element. Then it stations and retro's, applying back to whatever it hit before and you feel a distinctly new form of the energy, a new dread/anxiety/whatever. But as you lived thru the first pass, there's hope that you'll make it thru the 2nd (and 3rd, and sometimes 4th & 5th, eg tPluto to a planet at 3 degrees Cap). That's how the kevlar gains strength and depth, and processing the challenges becomes easier as you go on, tackling the issues presented to you..... That is, of course, unless you hide under the bed and DON'T tackle the issues presented to you Sorry to hear you've got mom-troubles, Missy Node My mom's still in the nursing home, going slowly but surely downhill mentally -- for her sake, I wish that my tUranus conj Moon transit indicates her being released from her ruined body IP: Logged |
