Topic: Really bad Saturn/Mars/Pluto transits coming up - HELP PLEASE!!

Coming up later on this year, next year and through most of 2011 I have the following transits:tr. Saturn square Saturn
tr. Saturn square Mars
tr. Pluto square Pluto
tr. Saturn cj Pluto
tr. Saturn Opposition Sun
tr. Saturn Opposition Mercury I have only just come out of a really awful Pluto opp Mars transit, and Saturn on my Ascendant. But I'm worried about these upcoming transits much more, as they all seem to be hitting at once, next year being the focal point. I am very worried about my work situation as I have tons of skills to offer people but end up in low-paid jobs and seem to be fired after really short periods of time (Saturn is in my work sector until later on this year). I want to be self-employed but the business ideas I have business advisors are not confident in, even though they are of creative value, and I really don't know what to do otherwise, I have tried applying for jobs in sectors I have worked in (I have the experience) and I have just not got the jobs. I don't know whether to live on state benefits for the rest of my life or what. Also, I am not talking to my mother - I cut her and certain other individuals (including a business partner) out of my life earlier on this year because they were extremely negative and impeding my progress, invading my psyche. I now feel better from that point of view. I do still talk to my father but he never rings me, I actually feel that neither of them has ever really given a sh*t about what happens to me (I was psychologically and physically abused by both of them as a child, although on balance my father is not a poisonous person like my mother, he was just very thoughtless and brainwashed by her).
I'm just very scared about all these transits hitting at once. I am worried that I am going to go into meltdown, that this may even be a dangerous time for me or affect my health. I can't stand the thought of any more aggro as last year was AWFUL - I had to move 4 times in a year and everyone pulled my work to shreds. I just don't seem to get career recognition or success. I don't understand what the problem is. When I try to promote myself, despite the fact that I am offering something that differentiates me from the crowd, I might as well be shouting into thin air. I design and make all my stuff, do the PR, the lot, and I have no-one who can help me AT ALL. Some people have asked me why I don't just do work for myself rather than try to impress or please other people all the time. That is all very well but I need to get some recognition and the seeming lack of it so far is not for want of trying.
I have to say I do have creative friends in a similar situation so perhaps it's a "creatives" thing.

if saturn has just passed your ascendant it is in the first house, yes? have you read grant lewi? although i think he sets TOO much store by saturn as a guide for a whole life, his take on how it affects the work and public image is spot on most of the time. saturn in the first quadrant (houses 1-3) is a time of HOMEWORK and building, preparation without much recognition...ring a bell? so though you may not feel very acknowledged or rewarded, just keep laying the foundations, once it crosses your 4th cusp things start to take off, and crossing the 7th is a real reaping period...IP: Logged |

It`s nothing to be scared about. Time and again i allways think it would be more worst than it really be. Pluto square pluto. Everyone have pluto transit pluto who are born the same year as you are. Who is scared about that?
I had saturn conj asc/sun a couple a years ago. I don`t feel nothing special but things tooks more time to do. Now I have pluto transit opposition venus,north nod, mars. I think my on and off relationship with a man get a stop now. I hope so. No I´m going through experience like separation so many times so it´s not a special to that.when saturn conj saturn or square my moon opp my merc, uranus, pluto conj I lost my job. But later i get a new one and better. For me it allways been better after the exciting transit from mars, saturn, pluto. I´m quite prepared to belive it`s a point wish would lead to positive possibilitis in our lifes. I like uranus square transit. IP: Logged |

I appreciate what you say about Saturn in houses 1-3. So I have to wait until my mid-40s, or something like that, for things to take off...?
How one feels also depends on the astrologer one reads. I was reading Bob Marks' page (better than Robert Hand) and a lot of what he had to say was (luckily) positive and made sense. I suppose how I view things depends on my own state of mind, and I just have to keep working steadily, keep calm and not get discouraged. I think my parents' generation don't really understand the issues of our generation re: work (i.e. jobs harder to find, lack of "real" jobs around), and can unfortunately be very dismissive of our efforts, especially when it comes to doing something "different".THANK YOU for the advice and positivity!!
