*Do certain planets get more weight? Ruling Planet vs stelliums etc

*Do tight conjunctions between two or more planets get more weight?
(ie Venus & Uranus conjunct at 18 of Sag)

* Do you compile all of the symbols and get a general idea of one's purpose & work from there?

Yes, at different times. Sabian of Sun will be more pertinent than the Sabian of Uranus but as you evolve, there will be a deep understanding of even the Sabian of Uranus, Neptune and Pluto.

Stelliums MUST be interpreted as a cluster of Sabian Symbols. [Blain Bovee does the same without stelliums ].

Yes they do. The Sabian will be more recognisable in such cases.
