I read your post to IQ hope you don't mind but something came to mind while reading The names of people - valentine and lust what did they represent? Was the person with the last name lust a lustful person, Valentine how did he behave in relationships? maybe that is why they are associated in the manner they are. just a thought! I know that two men who have a planet on my lust and have been hard for me to resist But falls in my 10th and I have Saturn conjunct IC in 3rd. (siblings and past then his moon falls on my lust) and the other had a Cap sun on my lust. It may just depend on witch house it falls in like valentine falling in your 4th house you would be very amorous with family and with hard aspects to ruler of 4th might have trouble expressing those feelings with family IP: Logged |

vesta, I see your point X3 but I guess that whether these two people (whose name or last name were Valentine and Lust) behave like their names suggest or not, Valentine and Lust would mostly be associate with the general meanings by most of us anyways. X3 Maybe there's a subtle reason (fate) for these asteroids having these names, so it works the way we know, or maybe the fact that most of us associate these asteroids with these meanings, ends up "influencing" them so that it works.Personally, I have Valentine right on the IC, and ruler of the IC in a t-square, so I guess that I do have some trouble expressing my feelings to my family. ^_~ But well, my ideal lover is indeed someone with whom I can feel like a family, as well as the way I express my inner Valentine is through a familiar feeling. Comica23, I just recieved Jacob Schwartz book Asteriod Dictionary and he said QUOTE " What appears to be whim or coincidence in naming asteroids correlates with earthbound events as much as the abstract concepts assigned to planets. and correlations are not limited to the intent of the person naming the asteroid. By blending the asteroid name with more abstract meanings of planets, houses and aspects the horoscope becomes richer." IP: Logged | |
