"Relationships are not easy for people with saturn in the 7th and yet this is precisely the area through which they will be challenged to grow and examine themselves.Wherever there is saturn, there is fear. Very often these people obstruct relationships because they are frightened of becoming too deeply involved with others... I have many instances of people with saturn in the 7th who complain that their partners are too limiting and restricting... this placement has often been associated with marriage to an older person..." There are so many possible ways for Saturn/7th to manifest that doom and gloom doesn't have to overshadow the possibility of a good relationship. Seriously.IP: Logged |

bluemoon would point out that Saturn is exalted in Libra, and Libra rules the 7th.IP: Logged |

AG, lol! BM, no offence, but we all know that saturn is exalted in libra/7 Saturn is a great teacher, and one of the most difficult lessons to be learnt by us is to relate to other people, be it through marriage, cohabitation or any other form of relating. I personally cant see any form of conflict here. Wherever saturn is in the chart, there is a lesson to be learnt. peace to all IP: Logged |

I agree Starkiss - what is life without learning? I didn't want to hijack your thread with my long, lecturous post so I started my own Saturn thread...It needs all the love it can get after the beating it has taken! IP: Logged |

I don't always think Saturn is the one doing the teaching - Saturn can also point to fear. Sometimes Saturn is the one who needs to loosen up. And I think it depends on how comfortable a person feel with Saturnine energies.... if they have a lot of them in their own chart, then there is no 'difficulty' always.... maybe they've learned to integrate it and deal with it. You gotta take into account as well, what sign Saturn is in as well and if Saturn is retrograde in your chart you've got a good case of always internally restricting yourself or least this has been my challenge. My natal Saturn is not located in the 7th instead its in the 1st and opposite my Venus in the 7th, so there is some similarity, I suppose... IP: Logged |
