Topic: How soon can we feel the Mercury RX..

I have Mercury RX natally and usually it does not bother me, but for some reason It seems like I have been feeling it as far back as two weeks ago..
Funny thing too last year my cousins 5 brothers came into town for the Labor day week, we had a family reunion and I had so much fun catching up with them. They are now all here again its labor day but it wasn't planned, there mom passed away..But it seems like Deja Vu almost, because we are all back in the same place just a different circumstance..Mercury RX..

I am not surebut the planets, Jupiter and Neptune are retrograde right now the dwarf planet,Pluto is retrograde right now the centaur, Chiron is retrograde right now ------------------

yes it says here that you can feel it a few weeks before it actually goes retrograde.ugh though, i have to upgrade my computer's operating system, and i rushed things to make it just in time to start on it before Mercury retro start. so i started the "operation" yesterday, and man was it hard. me and the computer nerd friend spent half a day trying and all i managed at the end of the day was to clean up my current system. since i backed up everything already i don't think i can wait till late October when Mercury finally returns. so... i have to do this while Mercury is backward. mmm, sounds like a bad idea, but then, my natal Mercury is retrograde and for me things always seem to present lots of difficulties, but in the end all is perfectly working. so i trust in that personal experience. but probably exactly TODAY is not a brilliant idea, huh? i should wait a few more days, or will it not make much difference? what do you think guys? the 'retrograde' is part of a longer period of time when the planet in question travels back and forth over the same degrees, making 3 exact aspects to any natal planets one may have at those degrees. the 3 stages cannot or should not be considered separatly - this is the most common mistake ppl make, only looking at the rx hits or period. so basically, you start to 'feel the effects' when the planet makes the first exact hit OR even if it makes no hits to nata planets, in the natal house that is travelled, there will be some ground covered 3 times (and certain things, connected to that house, considered, reconsidered, changed). the "retrograde" ends not when the planet goes direct but when it finishes with the degrees it traveled 3 times. in the same way, interpretations for the retrogrades, even Mercury or Venus, should not be made bulk, but considering the natal houses and aspects they touch for each person. for instance, rx Libra Mercury can make soemone reconsider socializing, rel with friends, rel with signifiacnt one, or contractual agreements - depending on natal house being 5th, 11th, 7th or 8th. in 3rd it would be about learning diplomacy, in the 2nd may be a reconsideration of personal values and selfesteem, in the 1st - the impression one makes (is one making an effort to amke a good impression? is one dressing appropiately?). etc IP: Logged |

It's not just you, CPN. It's actually been driving me crazy lately, conjunct my own Mercury and Pluto.
I feel like everything I say turns slippery and elusive and somehow runs away from its meaning. It's going through my 6th house (Libra), making day-to-day stuff feel 'off', making me pause and hesitate, and I'm feeling anxious too (having problems focusing on work). I don't know what the deal is, but it's really freakin' annoying. IP: Logged |
