iv noticed for a while now, that aspects that i think shud naturally appear on synastry charts, or in general, just arn't showing. maybe i have changed one of the settings but im not sure.

for example, person a's venus is 7' cancer, my mars is 10' virgo, that should be a sextile aspect, no? but astro does not list it, i have to change the orb percent to over 100% for it to show :S

is there something im missing about aspects?

Heya,

I've noticed that the aspect tables aren't working all the time for me either.. I have looked at something that has said trine when there is actually no aspect at all.
I've resorted to looking at the degrees and figuring it out in my head :S

Are you guys ticking the box that says "aspect lines to all"

In syns I have noticed that if you are using all 10 inclusions, the program can't handle it. But a classical chart will.

*edit actually with 10 inclusions if you check that box they are there, and the view additional tables is helpful and all inclusive as well.

nope im not using that box ticked, i tried ticking it to show the sextile aspect, still wudn't show.

how can it not consider a 3 orb between virgo/cancer as sextile?

Humm, maybe email Alois? There must be a good explaination. Maybe their programm considers 3 degrees outside the realm.

Yes...!! This has been driving me crazy too! Just a couple of examples; in my chart today, Karma is conjunct my North Node. When you pull up the Additional Tables PDF....it shows Karma is conjunct Uranus. On the chart, Psyche is conjunct Pholus. When you pull up the PDF table, it shows Psyche trine Pholus.

I cross check all of the aspects now. I don't trust the Additional Table grid as accurate anymore.

Definitely, Astro doesn't list all the aspects... there's quite a few in synastry which I've caught by looking and wondered why they weren't showing up in the tables/charts.
