I have found that every September since 2001 for me has just sucked royally. I hate the month and request it to be removed from the calendar. Who can I send that request to? Heheheeh...but seriously...has anyone else found a particular month to seem harder than the rest?IP: Logged |

I agree. It is my toughest month for as long as I can remember. Weird since it is my birthday month.IP: Logged |

I always had a problem with March. It seems to have gone away though. In March, most planets would be squaring my stellium. I must've just gotten used to it. IP: Logged |

I dislike Jan thru the beginning of march intensely. This could have to do with weather, as I detest the cold. Jan, all the holidays are over, not much to look forward to after new years. Feb, usually when we get our biggest storms, and the sun does not shine in Feb. Plus Valentines day, ugg, a hateful holiday, IMHO March in Ohio can go either way, it can be terribly bleak and violent in weather, or it can be when the weather breaks. I like the feeling at the end of march tho, that you know spring is coming and the darkness will be over soon. How about FAVORITE months??? I love October, that one is my favorite, and I've always been a big fan of June. IP: Logged |

I like September, partly because it's beautiful here.Actually, ever since I gave up working crappy jobs I didn't like, every month seems kind of great. IP: Logged |

I love August thru December. February and March annoy me for some reason. IP: Logged |

JustAmanda, it sounds like you'd be a big fan of Green Day: "wake me up when September ends" As for me, well the "bers" are the 4 months where I am at my pinnacle. Then, of course, Virgo, Libra, and Scorpio are my main signs so it's only natural. Sag, well, I'm weirdly attracted to Sag mooners... January and July are the down time of the year for me: I almost always get sick and have some sort of catastrophe happen in these months. IP: Logged |

I don't have a particular month that I hate. The month that I absolutely adore is December because that's when Christmas occurs and that's my favorite holiday! There's just something about that time of year that really cheers me up.IP: Logged |

I'm a January hater. Everyone's broke, the weather stinks, and nothing much goes on. We actually chose to pull the plug on my dad in January because we were all, "eh, the month can't get any worse, really."IP: Logged |

April is the cruelest month.I don't hate any month in particular. Painful experiences have been spread enough throughout the year that I don't associate any one time with agony. September is a beautiful month, weather-wise, but I seem to always get sick this month. End of August/any time of September. I was just boasting* last month that I hadn't had a bad cold all year, so of course I got one not long after saying that, and now it's come back even worse than before. Which really sucks because I'm moving and starting a new job soon. I hope this is all over by then. Fall is my favorite season. Something that may be odd is how much I love January. It's a time when the partying is all over, but the disciplined hustle bustle hasn't fully started again. It feels calm and fresh and open. My Venus is in Cap, and the t.Sun is cnj it during early January. I wonder if we all feel good around the time of that transit? *boasting because when I was younger I used to get sick a lot. I'm grateful that's over. IP: Logged |

September is always a challenging month for me, which is weird because it's my birth month. Then things start getting brighter around December, peaking in March, which is always wonderful. IP: Logged |

February, just because it is so cold and dreary. At this point, winter has been dragging on long enough and the snow has overstayed its welcome. At this point, the snow is usually slushy and/or black from all the cars. It is usually a really cold month in New England so there is also a lot of ice everywhere to avoid. It almost seems as if the ice accumulates too as the winter drags on into February. Walking to the store ten minutes away across the park in February is hell. And there is just something disgusting about crossing a busy road in February. The bitter cold biting your nose as you look down at the slushy black mess of snow, waiting to cross the street and not slip on the sidewalk. That nasty snow somehow finding its way into your boots as your finger tips start to feel so numb, it feels as if they aren't there. The trees too, so empty, so bare, and so not vibrant. The days still end so early, as darkness sets in sometimes well before dinner.March at least gives you the start of spring to look forward to and the possibility of a few warm days. I love October and May. October for the change of leaves and the cool crisp days and evenings. You get warm days here and there, but never any crazy cold days. No chance for snow like some late November days. Tom Waits has a good song about November which I would use to describe the month. But it still has a special/unique vibe to it. Some crisp days with that smell of smoke from the chimneys, the snow just around the corner for a bit more time. I love May because by then, everything is coming back to life, the days are warm, but not overbearingly so like July/August. You are unlikely to get cold days in May, and the nights are just right for a walk around town, which has yet to be filled with overwhelming amounts of tourists. Plus, the nights are getting a little longer. May and October are perfect, weather wise. IP: Logged |

Well personally I think January sucks, at least for me it does, it seems things get stuck or come to a holt..it feels like being on a tread mill running towards something and just being in the same spot.IP: Logged |

I like Jan and April, because there always seem to be new career opps for me (though these haven't lasted very long in recent years). May used to be good for me, but this year it was more like June/July. August and September in 2005, 2007 and this year have heralded relationship breakups for me - not a nice month!! Last December was v. good, perhaps because not many planets were going retro(or so I seem to remember). IP: Logged |

i lOVE september. especially since it no longer means back-to-school!! the colours, the cold mornings and evenings and warm afternoons, pretty much everything about it is heavenly. but i have a lot of virgo in my chart...february is probably my least favourite, but i would hate to have to choose...i do remember one feb in london where the sun did not shine for the entire 28 days, it was admittedly depressing!
