My dilemma, My husband wants to buy a house we rent now He got his mother involved because of our shaky credit and she said she will cosign
its a nice farmhouse with a barn and other outbuildings with 4 acres and a really good deal

The problem is i don't want to commit to anything . but i am having second thoughts thinking it would be good for my daughter to have that security I don't have my birth time so i will give his dob first
