I would also check the Draco`s for confirmation.
I have Ur conjunct Moon and Draco Ur is on my DESC.

I always thought that this Dr-Moon-DESC- theme, maybe it stems from this babylonian lifeline, which is indicated by the conjunction to Ur?

I feel those asteroids of places may help us to locate WHERE and maybe also WHEN some trait / energy / experience came into our soul.
But it is just a vague thought.

The Sabians of Ur-ASC would give you a hint, too.

Since that is a synastry, I think that you may have encountered each other back then. To see if you have been lovers or something of that sort, I would check for some more asteroids like Adonis / Bal - Ishtar, Inanna, Astarte.

EDIT:
I also think that conjunctions (and maybe oppositions) might indicate an actual past life there, whereas the other aspects as trine, square, sextile and quinkunx, might give a more indirect link.

I think IQ mentioned long long ago, that those aspects could also just mean that someone has been fascinated with that culture in a past life.

I LOVE those Sabians. They are so romantic.

Okay, Swindle does not really feel so good, but then we all have a choice.
Interestingly in German there is the same word for "swindle" and "dizzyness", you know the one you get when you fall in love. Butterflies, weak knees, the whole program.

Actually my tooth DOES feel better. Last night and this morning there was a slight drawing pain, but it is gone by now. This dentist was amazing. And I mean that in more than one respects.
It was an encounter of a strange kind, cause he was so not businesslike. Usually doctors are all quite detached and distanced (as they have to probably), but this one was different.
I was at the dentist for one hour, and he only treated my tooth for maybe 15 minutes; the rest of the time he was talking. Probably to make me less fearful.
He even offered me to bring me home after the treatment.

It was ... interesting. Really not what my other dentists have been like so far.
lol

Oh some other thing: That ASC, Kaali and Ur. I resonate very much with Kaali connecting to Babylonian asteroids. Maybe it is just because Kaali is exactly conjunct Inannen and conjunct Astarte in my chart, but I definitely get that feeling that such a connection might imply some rituals, either blood sacrifices (but that is not the image I get) or (and that is something I very strongly relate to) the fertility rite of the "Sacred Marriage".

I also find Vesta to be very important in that regard, signifying something like the "holy harlot" (of course long before the Romans "chastized" her ).

But then again maybe I am just referring to my chart, as I have that Kaali/Inanna/Astarte conjunction on my SN (and not far away from my Karma) and exactly trine Aphrodite.

Maybe my thoughts are just a reflection of my own chart.
