You must consider the energy that this Asteroid carries first, to understand its placement for you personally.
Juno tends to signifiy marriages, committed bonded relationships often with legal ties.
In other words a solid committed relationship. Tranits of Juno can sometimes signify marriage, or something involving a commitment. This is significant because relationships are catalyst for growth and transformation for us.
Based on what aspects it is making you can tell better what the energies are doing in your life.You must also consider the houses the connections are in as well as there energy by sign, fixed, carinal, mute...etc
But here is my take on it for whats its worth. 
Consider your conjunctions and oppositions first as these would be felt
the most:
S Neptune conjunction Juno 25 Scorpio 33' 6" 26 Scorpio 19' 0" 0.75
(the Ceres is to wide I think)
This to me gives you some interesting energy when it comes to relationships. Perhaps they were something that you viewed through rose colored glasses as a child. Unable to dechipher what peoples true intentions were before you entered into relationships with them. In the end though when it is transmuted, this could give you the energy of a Spiritual Connection felt through your relationships, perhaps you have the type of relationships in your life that constantly uplift you and remind you of your Higher reason for being here. This would be a higher manifestation of it, something to aim for if you dont have it now.
Of course there are other ways this could present as well. There is also the drug abuse that could come into play. And the victim and martyr games that we have a tendency to play in relationships, perhaps these energies are more magnified for you or have been. Not the most positive of aspects but it does denote, a certain evolvement, and soul age Spiritually with relationships, certainly the potential is there.
It trines Chiron, and this one is a little loose but loosely gives off the energy of figuring out your insecurities, and deep seated emotional issues when in committed relationships whether romantic or otherwise. They can be a source of pain for you. But you must remember that the problem is yours not theres. When you have evolved sufficiently then the percieved hurt from others will no longer concern. This gives you the potential to elevate yourself above that, and become a source of healing for others. But the lesson here is you must heal yourself before you can heal others, Chiron heals others because he healed himself. I have a certain affinity of Chiron the Wounded Healer. No one knows pain and inner alchemy as people whose lives are touched by this energy. Its feels like the stab mark that Frodo recieved in his shoulder from the Wraith, in Lord of the Rings. It always ached him, certain times worst than others but certainly when we come face to face with our own mortality and yet do not submerge with the One but will ourselves back to continue this life line, we remerged with a certain gravity, that is always apparent. You see it mostly in peoples eyes, the first sign to me that someone is an old soul.
Keeps you humble you know, anyway back to the subject.
Pluto Sextiles it giving you staying power, and the ability to go deep because it supplies with it a certain amount of courage and psychic insight to see the bigger picture, and not completely loose yourself in the process. This is a gift. A gift well earned no doubt.
The Jupiter throws a light of expansion in, perhaps making relationships more of a focal point in your life than in most. This is a blessing and a curse. It just depends on how you see it. Becareful not exaggerate circumstances and make mountains out of mole hills in your intimate relationships. It is when you cease doing this that you evolve to a higher level of relationships, in which travel, philosphy, and happiness can be the focal point because you dont sweat the small stuff and finally see the forest instead of the trees.
Mars lends a sexual, dynamic energy to your relationships, giving a boost to your sex life and certain charge from close intimate relationships. Just becareful to not think this energy is coming from the relationship itself. It is coming from you. Remember that you are the source, and you will be less likely to let people control you. When your independence comes first, you will be happy in the relationship.
Uranus is a little wide for my taste and so are the Moon.
The blend Ann is that you have alot to learn in relationshiops there are specific blockages around that energy. So there are many lessons for you to learn in this lifetime regarding them. Of this I am certain. If your Karma Asteroid interacts with this, it would be even more of any indicator, the Moon, though wide shows it a little bit, but I would need something tighter to say for sure. A good time to mention your Pholus connection it isnt strong but it is there, and affords you the Divine energy to accomplish this task this lifetime. No task we ever take on is accomplished without tools from previous lives whether we acknowledge it or not. We all have different gifts and abilities, so use this one to always see the Silver lining, and rise above negative energies instead of returning them,I know you can do that.
Remember perfection is the ability to see right and wrong and choose right.
So see the possibilities of the glass being half full. Know that it is half empty too. But choose to Believe it is half full....go ahead...try.....
