I checked it out

ummmmm

I think that the author is a bit negative about Mars,Saturn,Uranus,Neptune,and Pluto
their house placements seem to be interpreted rather negatively for the most part.

some of the stuff is a bit vague like Moon in regards to changes


I use whole sign house system now,and so my whole natal house is in the whole solar return house. Therefore, I am not bothering with the conjunction to cusps bit. In whole sign house system, the beginning of the sign is the beginning of the house.

also you can't do solar returns for locations beyond 66 degrees latitude with the Placidus,Koch system. You can't do solar returns for the poles for any of the other systems except for the whole sign house system. I am not even sure if that works. It seems that the Ascendant stays at 0'00 Aries,Libra at the poles no matter what the time is.
