there are no placement in the 2nd, 3rd and 7th houses in the natal chart? Can not accumulate wealth, bad at communication and relationship/marriage?

No, not at all! Look at the planets ruling those house cusps -- as well as where those ruling planets are in sign and house. That will tell you a lot about how the issues of the 2nd, 3rd, and 7th houses are governed in that person's life. Just because there aren't planets in a particular house doesn't mean that house's energy is absent.

Those houses just aren't big focuses in your life because you've already mastered those lessons in previous lives. That doesn't mean that you won't accumulate wealth or have a bad marriage. In fact, these two areas will probably not be much of an issue for you at all.
