or is it just temporary?

this had me thinking.. recently i made a topic about how i looked back on a few things, and iv seen some nice big positive changes in my personality.

i was fingering it to the Pluto-sun trine transit. and the whole "butterfly coming out of its cocoon" idea.

Glaucus had a look at my transits going on in my chart to see other possibilities responsible. he pointed out quite a few credible things that made sense.

thing is though, these differences have felt like they have been going on a little longer than what some of those transits have been up to.

but that aside, some of these that were pointed out were well timed with how i seem to be at the moment.

getting to my question now, i feel like some of these differences are here to actually stay, i can't see them going like its some "forgotten over night" thing.

so my question is, can transits mold us and leave a more permanent effect on us? if they generally don't, then is it possible that some of them can if you're going through a transit that actually does kind of permanently change you/ put you through lasting changes/ mold you permanently , such as pluto-sun aspects?

thats my question.

well

experiences and events are things that we tend to keep in our memories whether short term memory or long term memory. Transits are always in synchronicity with experiences and events that happen to us. certain experiences and events do mold us, and they are always in synchronicity with a certain transit.

so I would say Yes, transits can leave us molded somewhat permanently. I believe that we can take in a transit's experience and re-live that transit through recalling that experience which I believe automatically bring out that transit which was in synchroncity with the experience that happened at the time.

if transiting Pluto was in opposition to a person's Mars when he was traumatized, betrayed through physical violence which made him filled with rage.

he can remember that incident, and he could bring out that transit experience again as he is filled with rage from re-living that experience. if he isn't careful,he could end up doing the same thing to another that was done to him.

psycho-transit regression

imo, the transits that mold us are Saturn, Pluto and Uranus transits.

I would include also Pluto's fellow transneptunians

the most transforming events that I had occurred during the transits involving transneptunians besides Pluto. I wrote about that in my post, Pluto Is Not The Transformer In My Life.

The only transit that molded me permenantly was a pluto transit. For some reason i feel pluto transits 10 times the way most people do. Venus is the strongest planet in my chart and pluto is the 2nd strongest. The transit that molded me the most was t pluto square my n venus, I have never felt anything stronger.

venus squares my t.pluto to 1 or 2 degrees, and t.pluto is trining my sun currently 3 degrees.

its actually opposing my jupiter to 1 or 2 degrees aswell, its jumped into my natal t square/grand square. when it progress a further 3-4 degrees it will join in the rest of my square/other t-squares. yikes (that includes moon/saturn/neptune.)

thanks for that info scrappy.

what you said makes absolute sense Glaucus, although some of these things aren't to me necessarily a particular experience, just experience its self, feel iv matured.. grown up more.

Thanks glaucus but im ok i had more trauma from my mum growing up. IT didnt affect me at all or i dont believe it affectd my relationships. I think I resented my mum for not telling anyone and covering it up. I didnt feel my mum stood up for me.

But the moral of the story i guess is that yes transits do stick to us.. I didnt notie till i thought about it and calculated the dates i made it a big issue again.

I have so many transits i want to live again ahahahh especially uranus trine sun!!

yes, makes sense, goes along the lines of "lessons learned".. look at you acting all adult on us!

its in your hands really, whatever life throws at you, you make the choice of what youre going to take away from it, and if its something positive, how youre going to incorporate it. [transits]

it all sounds really healthy

Right now I'm going through pluto square pluto, saturn square saturn, saturn opposing pluto one way and conjunct another, uranus is sitting right on top of my mercury and square my mars, but at least pluto is sextile my venus

I feel like I'm being completely remade from the inside out. The things that I've been going through the past year have been both painful and liberating. And they are most definately long-term changes. I have had to take a really hard look at myself, my relationships, and my career. There is no way I could go back to how life was. I think this is what these transits are meant to do. I'm focused on learning my lessons by being open minded and rollin' with the punches. It can't last forever right? Anyway, good luck to you whatever you are going through!
