I have great chemistry with one of my new coworkers..I know it's felt by him, too. I took a look at our synastry and I don't see anything typical of love/sex/attraction. What do you think?He is the outside, and he does not know his birth time.

Hmm, well YOU are definitely feeling the sexual energy- your Mars is trine his Pluto! That tends to be a WHAM-BAM-THANK-YOU-MA'AM aspect, as far as sexual energy is concerned.I didn't see any other prominent romantic aspect. In fact, your Venus is square his Mercury which means communication complications. Perhaps he doesn't understand your tastes in music, art, film, etc.? He just doesn't "get" some things about you. Mars trine Pluto is not too strong. The primary attraction is his Pluto conjunct your Ascendant, followed by his Venus opposing your EROS.
His Sun trining your Saturn and Moon brings a karmic/fatedness side to the attraction.------------------

As you don't have his time of birth, you are missing some essentials out of the picture. His Moon and Ascendant could be part of the story. They can be very powerful. Do I spot a Mercury/Mercury Trine? If so you will be tuned in mentally and will communicate well. Always a good thing in a relationship, the ability to communicate. Looks like he has Mercury/Mars Conjunction on his natal, an active mind that needs stimulating. It's part of the puzzle, just one thing to look at - and I do get so bored of reading all about sexual aspects on LL. There are other things that make relationships work. IP: Logged |

In your composite you have Sun conjunct Venus and Moon (though since you don't know his birth time, it's not going to be as accurate, but the Moon IS hovering somewhere around there).Additionally in your synastry you have:

thank you all for your opinions! the thing 'preventing' us from being together is that he is in a long-term relationship..i was kind of put off by him at first. he is very obvious in showing he's into me..he makes physical contact a lot and makes sexual comments a lot. we also have the same sense of humor and get along really well. we don't know each other terribly well yet but he has told me some personal info about himself that i don't think he'd tell just any girl.
