I have had this 2 years ago.

At that time I readressed or faced old emotional habitual and thought and feeling patterns, that had been long outdated, and I realized that the only one preventing me from doing what I want and felt was right was myself and a false sense of security (Moon in Aquarius here).

It was not a smooth, nice ride. In order to heal these past emotional wounds, I have been carrying around with me, and also to modify a false sense of emotional Self, I had to wade through all that crap again, just to lern to discern what really belongs into the past and should stay there and what still has value for my life.

It was painful, yes, but it also was very fruitful and effective in recognizing unhealthy patterns (erasing them is up to me alone I guess).

And also the pain wasn`t as excruciating as Pluto can be, or as lightening-like as Uranus can be, or as limiting and suffocating as Saturn can be, or as depressing and leaving the feeling as if everything has lost its sense, as Neptune can be on bad days.

It was more some kind of a soft accepting pain.

sorry you had to go threw that DD

i also have moon in aquarius and chiron has been going back and forth over mine for a about almost two years. and alot of stuff has happened.

i am so much more open and grateful for what i have. i had to dig deep in my self so i could find out why i was and sometimes still am the way i am. and i had to heal myself alot.

of course what i found out was that i wasnt really living life in general i was just being a life. i know alot more know then i did two years ago.

may i ask where your what degree your moon is alva.

Dep Taurus,

I absolutely second that.

And I don`t regret this transit; it led to such a more honest way of living.

Of course at the same time Neptune was transiting over my Moon and Pluto had been transiting over my Sun the year before.

EDIT:

Funny, on the day of my epiphany (15th july 2007), Chiron wasn`t even exactly conjunct my Moon, it had passed it and was three degree away, but would soon change motion again and transit my Moon once again.

On that day I had some other interesting transits, too:

Tr Sun conjunct my Destinn and Vertex
Tr Jupiter exact conjunct my NN and Neptune
Tr Saturn exact opposing my Psyche
Tr Pluto and TR Destinn conjunct my Sun
Tr NN conjunct my Pholus
TR Karma and TR Mars conjunct my Sphinx and my name in my chart
Tr Pholus conjunct my Amor
Tr Angel trine my Sun
Tr Spirit conjunct my chartruler Jupiter

i have chiron natally squaring my moon. so to some extent this is a lifelong process for me! at the moment it has been going back and forth in opp to my sun (17 leo) and i believe has finally passed by! am i looking forward to the conjunction, not sure! the last time i experienced it was when i was 12...did my pubescent self have emotional issues to deal with? i am sure...

but hopefully i have learned a few things about the contact through a complete cycle and a quarter!

kata it will be a while until chiron conjuncts your sun in leo since it slows down once it gets into aire and taurus slows down alot.
so id say you have a while

DD i had neptune on my moon as well.
how did you handle the jupiter chiron neptune conjunction i had it all on my moon square sun and square asc.

Dep Taurus,

this Jupiter-Neptune-Chiron conjunction took place on my natal Psyche on 24 Aquarius and sextile my natal Merlin on 24 Sag and Sun and Mercury on 25-26 Sag.

It was very interesting; insights, imagination, intuition bordering telepathy, it has all been there.

How did you experience it?

JOhn have been having that for quite awhile too..not it is far away from his moon about 9 degrees...guess the worst is over too.

what i can say is that he felt very alone emotionaly.like he was looking inward and found out several pains he carried from the past.so many wounds...it is not easy to face them.
there were some moments when he asked what this life was for,if all had to be suffering and loneliness...of course i tried my best to support him and show him he is not alone.

but at the end...this is a lonely process itself-it was him and only him who had to look within, face and free himself from what he could.

for his own sake.

aqua is in his 7th so i guess this also had a lot to do with relationships in his life.but wait...quiron rules Virgo and John has virgocusp in the 3rd...yes had a lot to do with his surroundings too specially siblings...the person feels vulnerable and tries to be defensive cause the wounds are exposed into the light...right?

the positive is that you finally see that your negative patterns are only mechanisms that you developed in the past, but now...they are not usefull to you.

you must rhow it away and let go.

Dep Taurus,

I am so sorry to hear what you have been through.
But the worst is over, thank God.

There was only one time I for a short moment thought, that life would be so much easier with me not being in it.
The almost funny thing is that Transit Chiron back then was on 23 Leo, the opposite position to where it is now (and it was opposing my Psyche).

Well, luckily, I decided to not try to avoid the path of my life, no matter how rough it might be. I also felt back then that I wasn`t supposed to simply quit, and I had responsibilities. I was needed. I think that was maybe the only thing that helped me come through this time 17 years ago.
It is long gone, long past; the Self of then is not my Self today, but I DO remember those darkest hours and weeks in my life.
Even though I avoided to think about this time for many years; and well, actually the wounds I had to face with Chiron being in Aquarius now, were directly related to that period in my life.

And it is even a bit pathetic, as nothing really bad had happened externally. It was just my inner world that had been shattered. Dark night of the soul I guess.
Well, enough about that.

But something Diandra said rang very true to me. That this Chiron-transit brought loneliness and that I had to face my demons alone. That only I could do it, for me. Noone else, just me. No matter how much help or even conflict I met, in the end it was all about me.

Thanks for your replies. (This topic is not about my own chart/transits, but a friend's. She's expecting this transit and she has a difficult time in her relationship.)

DEP T - the conjunction i meant coming up is to my moon (at 0 pisces). it conjuncted my sun around my birthday in 1992! not a particularly difficult time as i recall although i was being forced to learn how to make ends meet without enough rope...

the last time it conjuncted my moon was when i was a child of 10/11...though i changed schools and entered a period where a lot more work was demanded than i was used to, that was not an emotionally difficult period either unless you count the onset of puberty and all the change that implies.

oh i got confused kata. so how do you think your chiron conjunct moon will affect you.

also may i point out that jupiter will be there as well over your moon and then neptune follows but neptune is the pisces ruler so maybe when neptune conjuncts your moon it will work out in a positive way for you.

at least your moon is not at 24.52 in aqua so all three wont be hitting your moon like they are with mine. yours will be at a slower pace.

yes my pisces moon is a lucky one! of course jupiter is associated with pisces as well as is neptune so the chiron thing should be cloaked in wonder!!! and since it has been trawling through my first house for awhile now i am looking forward to it!

i think i may be feeling the need to finally establish myself in a field where i can "be me", and not worry about "customers" and "bosses" at all...anyway that is what i have been and am currently working toward, for the last few years.

edit: looking at the ephem. i see jupiter will hit and sail past my moon - then chiron will conjunct it, and lastly neptune...while jupiter heads into aries! it is going to be an INTERESTING year for sure!

Don't give up rorrr! It's just a matter of time.

Chiron has been bouncing between my Sun(Pisces)/Moon(Virgo), and will oppose Moon in the following months. This and the past year have been tough emotionally. But hang in there! When there's a will there's a way, you'll survive

Went through it some time ago in my 8th house and don't think I noticed anything really. Unless my first foray into receiving energy healing was part of it, but really, nothing. Nor do I know what's supposedly so angsty about Pluto square Pluto either though, but no, not everything hits everyone the same or the worst. I think people always say to work with something instead of against it, but I'm not sure how to best apply something like that here. Tend to your emotions and observe the natal aspects your Moon makes?

Hm! I see I had this transit in late 2001. I was dumped for the first time, it was sooo painful, hurtful and shameful! I cried for weeks. He came back tail between his legs but I could never forget that first rejection. It wasn't as bad as Pluto conj Moon though, that one was excruciating, another heartbreak but more focused on the betrayal factor. The Chiron one was no walk in the park either, nobody likes to feel rejected. Moon rules my 7th.

bump!

Chiron will be conjunct my sensitive Pisces moon soon... so I am anticipating a lot of pain.

I also have Moon square Saturn natally so when Chiron conjuncts my moon, squaring my Saturn, really hoping nothing will happen to my father...? Or is it male authority in general?

Darn, I have Pluto conjunct my sun, Uranus squaring my sun, Saturn on my NN, and Neptune squaring my Venus WHILE Chiron is transiting my moon. And, presently, the sun is transiting my Chiron.

No wonder I don't feel so great.

Wow right this down guys..I am having this aspect right now in combo with saturn transiting my 12th. Transit chiron is now about 4 minutes away from natal moon and yes this descriptions fits...I am just starting to feel it like lately but yeah it really fits, good job describing it.

This is too old
But I was searching for transits that happened the week I lost my most loved friend.. We were like in love (we're bothe girls and not lesbians, I mean in some kinfd of platonic love) with each other.. And for some unknown reason she didn't respond to me unless some months passed by..
She gave me a stupid reason and she told me she was hurt too..
I can explain how much it hurt me..
I had nightmares and was crying..
It's been almost 4 years since then and I still miss her so much..
At that period Transit Chiron conjucted my Natal Moon in Pisces.. in the 9th H.. (I met her in school)
At that period (I lost all my beloved oneas.. some died some just dissapeard)
