My interpretation: It seems that you have to choose between marriage and career. Saturn transit in 7th house can indicate lack of marriage possibilities or it can indicate that if you are going to get married, it will be to someone older and that "love" may not be a consideration, or that the marriage partner is a very conservative person who wants you to give up your career.

Within the next year or so, Uranus is going to be opposing your 7th house and then later it will square your Venus. Uranus stressful aspect usually makes people want to break free of relationship and obligations, even marriage contracts or jobs, and this desire from freedom might come from you or from your partner, it's hard to tell. That's why I wouldn't advice you to rush into marriage at this time because you might find out later that you or the other person wants out.
