Like when the natal moon of A conjunct the Progressed Dsc of B, who is more affected, A or B? Any planet sitting on an angle is supposed to affect the angle person more.What happens when in the natals, B's Nodes and pluto sit on A's Asc-Dsc but in natal-prog A's moon sits on B's Dsc?
