Hey Jane,
I am posting the SR of a friend of mine whose birthday is today. The SR is for her place of birth not her current residence. She has SR moon conjunct her natalNN, venus in 5th house of SR. Can you pl. take a look and see what jumps out at first glance? I will keep you posted about the developments.

Nice of you to check this for your friend.  It's actually the reverse - sr NN cnj n Moon. I point that out because it looks like there's an emphasis on her natal lunar self. In addition to that cnj, she also has her sr ASC cnj her n IC. The IC is associated with Cancer (by most astrologers; sorry, iQ   ). The NN and the ASC cnj those areas tell me her emotional self is going to be transformed this year. In the SR, Saturn is in her 4th, so I think she will mature this year, develop a deep emotional self-reliance that she may not have know yet; sr Moon is in the 8th, also pointing to a transformation. Perhaps her philosophy will change (stellium in sr 9th house), and through that change she will grow emotionally. Her natal Moon in Capricorn tells me she's already someone who's self-reliant, but I think this year is when she'll develop an emotional serenity and peace she may not have known yet. She'll develop a deeper love for herself (sr Venus in Scorpio in the 5th house), which will then make it easier for her to develop a deep relationship with someone else (that falls into natal 8th house). I don't know if this year will be easy, but it does look to me like a year that's setting the groundwork for emotional maturity and fulfillment. IP: Logged |

Hey Jane,
Sorry abt the mix up. She has been through a very bad patch in life for the past few year. She broke up with the guy she still lvoes, his dad was diagnosed with cnacer( he is in remission now, but it was a very traumatic time for her).
I am wondering if she will get a break from it and will she find love and marriage this year? The NN conj moon is said to be fated, is it a bad or a good thing?IP: Logged |

Ultimately, I think the NN is always for the better, since it's bringing a person closer to their truth. Following that path is a major reason for why we're here. But that evolution isn't necessarily enjoyable as it's occurring. Often it hurts like hell. So I really can't see if her experience of it will be pleasant or not in the present, though I'm sure whatever changes she chooses to embrace this year will open her up to a more fulfilling life.I'm sorry. I wish I could tell you from looking at her SR whether she'll get a much needed reprieve this year, but I can't do that. But then, I'm a mediocre astrologer. There may be others who can see that. I think the type of aspects in the solar return - easy v. hard - can speak to the internal experience of life's events. Her sr Venus is square that Aqua stellium, though only the square to Jupiter is narrow. Venus is also square Mars. So it looks like her Venus will be feeling a lot of stress. That friction could end up being pleasant.  For myself, SRs with a lot of squares were rougher years, while those with strong trines felt pretty d@mn good. Interesting that you both had the Moon and Saturn in your sr's 7th house. And look at him, with his sr NN cnj his MC. That NN is at 13º Aries, so now I know far too much about what you brought to his life. Your n.Groom-Johnny cnj is extraordinary, and then to have that cnj your sr Groom and NN!! The conj are SR to natal right? When did you have a year with a significant stunning happy happening, like say your wedding or the birth of a child or getting your dream job?

I haven't yet studied the SR's for when my SO and I met and became a couple. That will be my next project. rajin - All the aspects I listed are within the Solar Return. I haven't yet compared them to my natal. For the type of events you described, you can look at year three in the "good" section to see the major aspects. IP: Logged |

I posted a reply, it disappered. that is freaky! Ur aspects for the 3rd year look stunning, Jane.
I was looking at the SR of one of my guy friends. He has SR sun, the girl's name, Briede and his name all from 9-15 degrees in the9th house of SR conjunct his n Sun and Jupiter.
His girl has her name in her SR chart conj his name in the natal.And his SR name and Briede conj within 4 degrees in her 5th house of SR.
do these alignments have significance? Does this mean any kind of committment?IP: Logged |
