Topic: Men with Venus in Leo...

I did an analysis today and was in shock when I learnt that 3 out of my 5 exBFs have "Venus in Leo".While that's perfect match for me with my Mars in Leo, it's also a huge challenge for someone like me who's not the naturally confident type... I've read somewhere that Venus in Leo men need to feel proud of their girl - she better be a supermodel or a brain surgeon. At the same time, Venus in Leo men also likes to give the impression that they've got many admirers... Therefore often creating a lot of insecurity for their partners. Arghhh~ so what's the verdict? Men with Venus in Leo, are they in, or are they out? I have:

OMG belgz!Then is he okay with that? And do you love him more than all others? What do you perfer for him to say/respond when you tell him about your other admirers? (jealousy? laugh it off? confident and cocky and say "nah, I am better"...?) IP: Logged |

Aqumoon,I agree with everything you said! I have a friend/admirer with venus in Leo and he showed me off to all of his friends and family. He always complimented my looks, personality and intelligence. Hehe. It was such a nice ego boost!! But I did have to make clear that we weren't going to be anything more than friends. It can work 2 ways, If you admire me i love feeling confident but if you put me down i will seek confidence by flirting with someone else. It is so important that i am the centre of your world. I hate doubting fidelity and i am never attracted to someone who isnt attracted to me, when the love dies unless the other person is willing to try everything like me to keep it alive it will end. Oh and i never chase people who dont like me, ive never had that problem and if my boyfriend doesnt love me i wont be upset over it longer than 24 hours because then theres nothing to it when he doesnt love me. I would never want that!
My ex bf always told me i was the most beautiful girl in the world and that i was the only girl he ever loved. I LOVED THAT! I love when he watches me when i do things, i love when he compliments me, i cant explain it in words its just great ! lol
Thats how i love to receive love. In return i give back a million times more love, but after a period of trust and loyalty of course. I dont think you should fear it. I can be an angry cub if his eye wanders but im too proud to be jealous or even show it. I dont know if i have ever felt it :/
I can either be proud hes mine even if he looks but even if for 1 second i doubt his love (eg im not his world, he doesnt compliment me) i can become insecure and seek attention elsewhere. And then i will boast about how this guy thinks im hot and he wants me blah blah. Then my bf will become insecure and i never understand why  I was just overdoing it expecting him to get jealous and want me more. I like him to get a bit jealous and realise im the best. Hahahaha Sad but true. I think if i tell him how much others admire me he will want me more. Its a never ending battle for us venus in leo and i believe only a venus in aries can handle it because they love to chase. *some of them* But my friend who is also a crab with venus in leo isnt like me in that sense. Shes not dramatic either. Shes more into expensive showy clothes and jewellary, she doesnt play cat mouse like i do. Im a gemini moon and shes a leo moon with pisces rising. ------------------

aqumoon, meet Jeremy Irons:  He has Venus in Leo. He takes pride in his work and his accomplishments. Many awards, and films and buzz. His wife is a very well-known, respected actress in England. He's pure joy and flourishes in the spotlight. From looking at your placements (without knowing the degrees and aspects) I'd say a Leo Venus guy would be great for you. They like to show their partner off, no doubt, and they like to be shown off as well. They want you to be impressed with them. To take pride in being with them. And they expect the same of you- you need to have great talent and charm and abilities so they can be proud of you. They don't want someone who is more successful or more ANYTHING than they are, so beware of that. There could be some competition and power struggles if you're a head strong female feminist! Hi meta_4,Thanks this is awesome! Just not sure if I am that talented / popular / charming for these Venus in Leos... I do fairly well career wise, have an interesting background (lived in 4 countries), a group of wonderful friends I hang out with, and a well maintained healthy figure~ But afterall I am not top notch beauty - I am no model, not the kind of gal with lots of men running after them... haha. Sometimes I wonder if that's what these Venus in Leo men want... ?

You're welcome Aqumoon. Well, they don't always show you off immediately! Were you at least complimented? Is he spending time with you? If he's hanging around you, then he likes you on some level. My leo venus friend/admirer didn't start showing me off until a month after we met. They just want to be absolutely sure you are "worthy." I forgot to mention that my leo venus friend would repeatedly tell me all of the compliments that other girls gave him. I know he wasn't making it up because he's a very charming guy. I didn't see him as anything more than a good friend, so I wasn't feeling annoyed or jealous when he tried to prove how other girls desired him. However, if I were dating him, I know I would be REALLY annoyed. I'm one of those girls that doesn't share her man with anyone. IP: Logged |

belgz, thanks so much for sharing all that!!Wow... I guess I've always overreacted with showing my insecurity and jealousy... And things get rough when my insecurity turns into an attempt to control the Lion... Btw, one of my exBFs is also a crab with Venus in Leo (Moon in Libra & Mars in Gemini).
