HelloObviously, if we look at what Venus and Jupiter represent, it is usually that which makes us long to have these two 'fairy god parents' sprinkle their fairy-dust all over our charts, because they stand for all things good and worthy of coveting. There is always talk of luck, wisdom, higher-learning and expansion when it comes to Jupiter, and there is love, romance and money when it comes to Venus. But, in reality, is any of this ever true? Do you find that instead of getting money and love, Venus gives you the need to spend money recklessly; and she gives you a lazy passivity to be complacent about love matters, instead? Do you also find that Jupiter usually expands your waistline instead of your mind (or wallet), that the only luck you have is of finding the last piece of cake instead of finding the lottery numbers? What are your personal experiences, or be a gossip and tell me what you saw happen to someone you know who had either transiting Venus and/or Jupiter transits conjunct their AC/DC axis (and occupying House 1 and 7)of the natal/progressed chart? Transiting Venus generally goes unnoticed for me since it's at MOST a week long aspect.I haven't really ever consciously experienced a Jupiter ASC transit, but Jupiter on my chart ruler is making me feel fat  IP: Logged |

i got married on the day jupiter was exactly cnj my ascendant for a total of 9 days. I also almost met every guy i ever liked when venus was in my 1st house trine my chiron.Jupiter will cnj my descendant in 3 months. I have seen my friend get married when it went through her 7th but when my boyfriend had it he did want to get married but didnt act upon it. ------------------

amwols, From the pics I've seen of you, the likelihood of you being fat is very little. I think you're right in that you "feel" fat because I can bet you're not. belgz, Oooh lala...Jupiter was last in my 7th in 1999, and I was too young to get hitched, but there were eligible little boys. I did get popular a little at school in that year, quite suddenly and it was Peri who reminded me once that the 7th is not all about romance but also the house of other people that aren't the self, so Jupiter's expansive powers might have expanded the number of people I knew and who knew me. Jupiter will be in my 7th house again in 2011, so I am curious how it manifests, indeed! I have to ask, belgz... what other transits were going on when you got married? IP: Logged |

3 years ago, during a Venus on my Asc transit, I met my ex the Bull, which is probably my biggest soulmate-teacher in this lifetime.
1 year ago, during Jupiter on my Asc I made a very, very lucky and auspicious choice regarding my career (it also sextiled MC, and Jupiter is natally in my 10th). It is still in my 1st house. Yeah, I gained lots of weight and I can't wait for it to move out of my 1st house so I can have a decent try at losing it. Tried diets, exercise, pills, smoking... I only lost around 3-4 kg which came back on fast. I am definitely more optimistic, but also quite low with discipline. And I eat cake.  IP: Logged |

T. Venus was conjunct my Asc. last week, I found a cute inexpensive apartment and I started my second job with a very pleasent attitude. T. Jupiter will square my Asc. this March when it will be in Pisces (I'm a Sag. Asc.), hopefully my social life will pick up, but first T. Jupiter will conjunct my natal Moon in Pisces, I'm hoping I find a older person to be my guru/ soulmate like Izo, I would love to learn some new insight from someone wiser and more experienced with life! Izo - your post made me giggle in a good way. It seems like tVenus on AC is a lovely one that we should pay attention to. Nice. As for the cakes... lol... enjoy!
vertiver - tVenus also did some wonderful things for you. That's great to know. And it is all in accordance to Venus' style too.

Heres the transits on the day i got married. IT lasted 48 hours!!My 7th house is intercepted with aries (mars) at the time i had transit uranus trine natal mars. Jupiter on AC My chart ruler mercury was trine my 7th ruler neptune and also conjunct venus and sextile moon. Venus was sextile chiron 7th house intercepted ruler mars was sextile my chart ruler and sun. Venus is trine jupiter and uranus.
