Hi MysticMelody,

You are in a good position, being an astrologer and all to hear this.

The beauty in what I do, is in helping people look in the right direction for favorable people. Without the list most individuals won't have a clue as to, where to look or in what to look for.

I have to try and be careful in selecting dates that enhance the emotions of the relationships. Good strong emotions can help carry a poor relationship through a great deal of difficulties. The person you met of Jul. 25 is by no means, astrologically speaking, a looser in your case. My program is designed to kick out M 90 MR. As you know, this influence has the potential to bring out the worst of each individual in the relationship. Except for VE 135 MC, his VE does not aspect any of your planets that I work with. And I use VE aspects to compensate for poor or weak M's whenever possible. That M 90 MR may have him feeling like something is missing, but he is not going to be able to put his finger on it because of the wonderful aspects in the this unit. You, as an astrologer may be able to find a way around his possible problem. Forming friendships is a great way to test the concept.

As you know, love knows no boundaries, and there have been unions with far worst aspects doing quite well. Astrology is a tool used to help people see the potentials in their situations; it does not give people information filled with absolutes.

It’s your call, MysticMelody!

Slowpoke,
You said:
"That M 90 MR may have him feeling like something is missing" and you said above that, that your program "kicks out M 90 MR"... so I'm assuming his birthdate has that aspect between us in your program... but what time does your program use for his moon? I used noon for his moon, and that aspect does NOT show up at all in the synastry chart I made at astro.com for either of our Moon/Mars. Maybe you will have to tweek the moon area of your program? Does is just choose midnight or something for the second person?

~

His Venus is trine my Mars by 5 degrees and trine my Venus by 6 degrees... did you say your program only uses aspects by 3 degrees or so? You said his Venus makes no aspects to my planets so maybe you mean no close aspects. I tried to look at your site but it takes some getting used to reading it with the initials representing the planets. The "M" planets are especially tough getting used to at first. I'll check it out more some time and see if I can understand it better.

Also, did you see the Quintile thread I started? His Mars is Quintile my Venus by 1-ish degrees. Do you ever work with Quintiles? I find them interesting.

Hi MysticMelody,

I do not use Quintiles.

I use 5 degree orbs for conj., sextiles, trines, squares and, opp..

I use American Ephemeris - Noon for the test dates.

My calculation has his M 95 your MR.

You may have to keep in mind when reviewing my work. That the test dates are the biggest question marks in the research. I am not able to use precise times from locations for these subjects so I have to use a standard set of ephemeris for them. There may be an orb variance of about 3 - 5 degrees for M, 2 - 3 degrees for MY and, 1 - 2 degree variance for VE in most cases, when compared to factual data for any real person you might meet.

The aspects used:

0 - 5 orb
30 - 2 orb
45 - 2 orb
60 - 5 orb
90 - 5 orb
120 - 5 orb
135 - 2 orb
150 - 2 orb
180 - 5 orb

I am not sure this will work, but try Lincoln Nebraska as a location and noon as the time for your test dates. It is in the middle of the country and about in the middle of the different time zones in the country. This may help in balancing out the time and location variance problem, since you do not know the exact ephemeris I use. You may not get the exact aspects I see. But to some degree this has to be expected, as you know, I am only working with one half of the equation, yours. The other half is all speculative.
