This girl, and the other guy I posted are friends of mine, who unfortunately don't know their birthtimes (neither can find their birth certificates, and can't get straight answers from their families on potential birthtimes). For my friend here, I get a strong libra vibe.

I find that strong scorpios (quite often Scorpio suns as there is more liklihood of their personal planets being in Scorpio too) are very opinionated/abrasive without a softer influence in their chart.

What's her Mercy/Venus?

If it's Libra Asc then chart ruler is the Venus in Scorpio, combined it's Libra's iron fist in a velvet glove with Scorpio's intensity underlying. Pretty potent, I'd definitely believe the charm
