Season 3rf had just ended now here in my Country.

THE TUDORS Serie is something so powerful..i absolutely loved it!

Since i was young,i remember that in History, the most famous of Henry´s 6 wives was Ann Boleyn.

She was indeed very brave, strong spirit and we could see that she and Henry shared a deep passion.

However....

After seeing Jane Seymour in the Tudors, and how they shared their short time together, being her the only one giving him the son,and diying shortly after i ask myself:

COULDNT BE JANE,Henry´s Real True Love Soulmate?

With Ann they might have some sort of karma to resolve, with much strong feelings, but rather based on primal needs like sex, passion, etc

With Jane...seems to me that she was his Light at the end of the tunnel. She was brave enough to talk to him and confront him,to make peace with his daughter - which he did.

When she died, after labour ( probably by C-Section or puerperal fever),he woreblack for 3 whole months and only married after 3 years ( which for Henry is really a record...)

Her Epitaph was:

"Here lies Jane, a phoenix
Who died in giving another phoenix birth.
Let her be mourned, for birds like these
Are rare indeed. "

She was the only one who had a Queen´s Funeral and when King Henry VIII died...he was buried next to Jane.
on his Will he said that she was his favorite wife, and wanted to be buried with her.

I dont believe that Henry VIII was as bad as some History Specialist´s might say...i only see a man, with a big weight on his shoulders, all of a sudden ( he just had to be crowned cause his brother, the King, died with 15yr old).

So to me i feel that Jane brought him stability, love and she really was the one who loved him for who he was.

I trully believe that if Jane wouldnt have died, that he would be with her till the rest of his life.

Does anyone found her date of birth?i really loved to see their charts. Some say that she probably might have been born in 1508,but dont talk about day or month...

Dates of birth for historical figures like that are really hard to come by unless they were royalty or their families kept really good records.

I have mixed feelings about Jane. I don't think she was the paragon of virtue history has made her out to be. Anne Boleyn has always been my favorite of Henry's Queens; perhaps because she gave the world Elizabeth I. I also have a deep admiration for strong, passionate women who were ahead of their times...Anne definitely fits that description, as does Catherine of Aragon.

I have always, always wanted to do Henry and Anne's charts. He sacrificed a LOT to make Anne his wife...his marriage to Catherine, his faith, his nation (breaking with Rome had huge political implications) etc. Anne's date of birth is disputed so it's impossible--even the year is disputed. That's why I know it's difficult to find dates of birth for figures like that, especially women, who were often not deemed important enough to note something like that.

Other than Anne, I think Henry's synastry with all of his wives would be fascinating! The ill-fated match between him and Catherine of Aragon, why he never felt anything besides friendship for Anne of Cleves; what on earth possessed him to fall for a teenaged harlot like Catherine Howard, and an analysis of the almost maternal relationship between him and Katharine Parr.

Henry himself is an interesting figure. The first time I looked at his chart I was shocked he was a Cancer. I didn't get that vibe at ALL from the way history portrays him.

EDIT: I am now remembering that Henry had Venus in Gemini and Moon in Aries...explains a lot doesn't it?!

EDIT 2: Astro.com database has the following DOB and other info for Henry's wives:

Catherine of Aragon: b.12/16/1485, Alcalade, Henares, Spain. m. 1509/ d. 11/07/1536.

Anne Boleyn: b.c.1507, London. m.1/25/1533. d. 5/19/1536.

Anne of Cleves*: b.9/22/1515, Cleves, Germany. m. 1/06/1540. d. 7/16/1557.

Catherine Howard: b. c.1522. m. 7/28/1540. d. 2/13/1542.

Katharine Parr: b. 1512. m. 7/12/1543. d. 9/09/1548.

*it says Jane Seymore but that's a typo, all the info given is for Anne of Cleves.

Someone who is interested in marriage charts might find the marriage dates interesting.

This is true amowls. Some historical accounts say that he had started getting a little irritated with her (she was pushy about some things, like his reconciliation with his daughter Mary) but once she gave birth to Edward she was destined to be golden in his eyes no matter what she did.

Maybe him being a Cancer added to his already kingly obsession with heirs.

Hmmm maybe someone like Amisha could get a date?there are a few people with Gifts, who can really tap within, and get a date of birth ( dont ask me how they do it,but they do!)

well i know Ann was always the one the public liked more cause she was strong and powerful persona, with her character and witts.

but to me,i feel Jane was the love of his Life.call it a true love soulmate, while with Ann Boleynn i feel that it had more to do with some unfinished karmas...

i did some research and seems that on Henry´s will,he stated that he wanted to be buried with Jane, cause she was his favorite, the best of wives and his love.

her ein my country,we have a story of Pedro and Ines, who when he died,as a king,he also wanted to be buried beside her, cause she was his only true love.

I guess that the fact that on the series, tudors, when Jane is dead,Henry says to her that he will sleep with her forever, when he dies....says it all.

this was only a quote of the serie, but meant that he really loved her.Like no other.
