In the Astro.com description for this aspect, it says, "You are also very sensitive to what is going on in other people's minds, even when they don't say a word. This may be confusing at first, because you don't know how you know something, and that makes others disbelieve you, even when you are right. Your intuition is very highly developed."

Query: how many of you have this in your natal chart, and do you agree with the above statement? For example, do you just KNOW when someone is in love with you, even when they're trying to hide it? Or, do you just KNOW that someone doesn't have your best interests at heart even if they're smiling at you and acting like they're your best friend?

I have that aspect in Sagittarius. I pick up on others very often. I started working with psychic readings etc this year, and then I became more aware when it is other people I pick up on. Before I confused things very easily, "is this my feelings, or theirs?", and sometimes I do seem to just know things. The drawback is probably an unstructured mind

Great question.

I don't have this placement but I have always had this experience.

I have Telephus conjunct AC in Pisces & Scorpio Venus 8th & Neptune in Sag 9th house & these aspects can have the same affect I believe.

EFIT or EDIT rofl.

I usually know when I need to stay very far away from someone. Also when someone is "into" me etc. It's like breathing, I couldn't not feel the surrounds.

I have Mercury conjunct Neptune in Scorpio. I can certainly relate to the description from Astro.

I tend to feel a vibe from someone that is very pronounced; more so than knowing what’s going on in a persons mind, it’s like a small snap shot of the persons psyche, either a positive or negative feeling.

I have this in sag, very close- just minutes away. I sometimes dont trust people for no reason, not that they do something but they dont vibe with me well. Also I have this stubborn streak where I sometimes dont give up on a person or a situation becoz I feel that we are not done yet. There is no proof to what I feel but many times that person returns to my life. I dont know how to describe that feeling.

I have that aspect in Sag-Cap cusp, 29.29 Sag and 0.19 Cap. I can feel what's going through the other people's minds even though they don't tell me or even if they try to hide. Even if they hide it perfectly from the other people I can still sense it.

I have this Adriana, in Sag like you too. Orb about 6 degrees though. My Mars is the other side in quite a wide orb, but it seems to sharpen the emphasis up a bit. I'm very perspicacious and second to none at reading people.

I don't have the conjunction, but I have the Mercury/Neptune sextile. Telephus and Neptune are conjunct in Sagittarius. Mercury is within minutes of an exact sextile with Telephus.

Venus and Mercury are also in the 8th house (Venus in Scorpio). And yes, I read people easily...a little too easily. I am very aware of other's intentions and emotions. It's good but also sometimes bad when I feel things in people that I don't want to feel.

The decription seems fine if 3rd house is Gemini or Virgo ruled, with the conjunction to Neptune. He/She just put Mercury together with Neptune, which is not always the most accurate way when dealing with natal charts.
Not always about planet to planet.

2nd bit, yeah. Can normally tell when someone is genuine/fake.

Got the sextile myself.

crabbypatty- Not so much what the person is thinking but a feeling of strong insight into their motivations/intentions. It’s something that occurs very quickly and doesn’t require much from me other than looking at the individual mostly at the face & into their eyes. The eyes are indeed the window to the soul.

The overall feeling depending on the individual could be one of warmth, coldness or indifference colored with a visceral feeling or vibe that tells me certain things about the person. That’s the best way I can describe it.

Yes it makes you were you are aware of things that even the ppl are not aware of at times. It's very frustrating because you have no way of helping ppl until they see it themselves which can takes years at times. You can also see when ppl are lying to themselves saying on thing and feeling another, again frustrating and confusing. I find ppls emotions scream at me louder than their words at times. Sometimes I answer ppl who were thinking or feeling something and I thought they spoke what they were feeling, awkward! Lol

At times you don't trust what your feeling but then are proven to be correct....but you didn't act on it because you to busy doubting yourself. It takes awhile to believe what your feeling is real.
