IQ mentioned some asteroid pairs indicative of sibling-relationships (with their mother) in another thread and I would like to expand the list a bit further.

SIBLINGS:
Mercury and Pallas / Athena seem to be the "archetype" of brother and sister, especially in a rather non-emotional context

Apollo - Artemis - Leto
Apollo - Diana - Latona (the roman equivalent to the first ones)

SISTERS:
Isis - Nephtys

MOTHER and DAUGHTER:
Demeter - Persephone
Ceres - Proserpina

(of course Leto / Latona to Apollo and Artemis / Diana is also indicative of a mother-children relationship)

FATHER and SON or DAUGHTER
I haven´t really found an example here, except for Daedalos and Icarus, and maybe Helios and Phaeton

FATHER and DAUGHTER
I am thinking of Zeus / Jupiter and Pallas / Athena / Minerva here, as she was his daughter and was being born from his head - so a pretty intellectual relationship

Zeus and Apollo/Artemis would be father and child relationships. Also Zeus/Hermes, or Jupiter/Mercury in the Roman equivalent.

Jupiter/Vesta and Jupiter/Ceres would all be brother and sister relationships.

Isis and Osiris were also brother and sister, although they are better known for being spouses and soulmates.

Niobe is an archetype for a mother figure, especially one that has lost or been separated from a child. Not sure of the names of any of her children but easy enough to Google.

Starr of Venus,

yes, I have been thinking about this.

But I just picked those where the kind of family relationship became very pronounced in their reception or mythology.

For example, sure Jupiter and Ceres had a child together, so had been having sex with each other, yet they are not really known as lovers.
