Travel: A planetary return ruling the 9th.
House: A planetary return ruling the 4th.

Timing done by normal transits.
If the planet ruling the house has a long cycle (like Neptune/Pisces) with no apparent return in the near future, goto the time when Pluto returned near birth. If it didnt go retro and then forward, or forwards and then retro, take the natal position of that planet. At birth, every planet is conjunct.

this yr i had solar return ascendant ruler saturn in 9th and uranus in 3rd. I went overseas 3 times and went interstate 7 times. Its been 6 months since my solar return. I am now moving i have the sr 4th ruler in 5th.
