We are considering buying a house, but I'm a nervous wreck! LOL! Would anyone care to look at my & my husbands charts? Any transits that would make a major purchase at this time a bad idea? Anyone who cares to throw an opinion out there, I would appreciate it!

My chart:

Not while Mercury is retrograde? This ends January 16th.

Okay, I use astro.com, and I know how to generate a composite, but I don't see how to do a composite with the transits. Do I do a multi-composite of both of us along with a chart of today's date (composite of all 3 charts)?

In this chart the second house ruler is saturn which is located in house 10 in virgo.
ATM mercury is retrograde it is there fore not a good moment for you guys to make a choice as it will backfire.

your ic is in pisces... and jupiter will be transiting in around a month or two then mercury will be direct and you will find an opportunity.

I forgot to point out that jupiter is also in your composite's second house. Which to me really means that jupiter will be the trigger that will give you something.

Saturn transiting your 2nd house tells me things will be tight for you financially.

It's also possible that you may be left to shoulder most of the financial burden.

What is the street number of this house? Does it have lots of 2s in it? Or does the total sum equal 2? I ask because the address will tend to flavor your experience living there.

I say forget astrology. Is the house within your price range of 2.5 x your income? Say your combined income is $50K that means you can afford a house that is $125K. You also need 20% down $24K and six months living expenses saved for an emergency. Say it is $2K/month 12K. If you have about $36-40K saved and you do not plan on leaving a job in the next 5 years, then do it. Otherwise save your money to prevent going into foreclosure and being an indirect cause of everyone's 401K losing money.

Excellent financial advice AkaKat, I am impressed. In growing economies, it would be upto 5x the income but 2.5 to 3 times is spot on for American market conditions today.

Astrologically, I would like to look at Asteroid HOUSE and Asteroid TYCHE as well, be it for buying or selling.

We passed on the house... Maybe it was nerves, or my gut telling me not to, but it didn't feel right. Didn't *love* the house, but it had potential and was a very good deal.

Belgz, LOL move 5 times & get pregnant? Nah, I'll pass on that too!

Thanks IQ, I say 2.5-3 in any economy. Possessions like a home is important but other things, like retirement, travel, medical emergencies, etc. com into play.

I've been thinking about buying a home within the next 6 months. I'm financially ready, but I'm such a perfectionist I cannot seem to find what I want in my price range. I really want a studio for my art. I'm convinced it exists and hopeful it will come around soon.

In case your interested July, 11, 1963 7:53am Cleveland, Ohio. I'll be checking out the asteroids

IQ, So I checked asteroids house and tyche in my natal house.

house is 15 degrees Scorpio 4th house conjunct my 12 degree neptune (part of my grand trine- sun and moon and mercury)

Tyche is 23 degrees Aqua 7th house conjunct Saturn 22 degrees.

So what does this mean?
