I keep reading how Capricorn risers seem to age backwards, looking younger after 30. Do you agree? Is it an actual change in looks or it's just a change of attitude that makes you look light-hearted, youthful?

One man I know have his sun/moon/merk/eros stellium in capricorn. When he was young he looks like an old man. When he are 45 today he still looks like an old man. He has not changed at all

i can say from my own personal experience of being a capricorn sun that its true.i felt so overburdened with responsibilities when i was younger (school,kids,work,man)but now i'm older and actually have relaxed a bit. i used to be stuffy when i was younger but i can let loose and have fun. i looked older and people that i was too serious of person but now people say i look younger now than when i was actually younger. i'm 33 now and i can say that with the aging process,it must've skipped me because my same age counterparts easily look well past their age. don't get me wrong, i am starting to show signs of aging but its just mostly been gray hair. plus i'm proactive with my beauty regiment.

Best astrological youthful beauty indicator is a positive aspect between Neptune and Venus for a woman. Not sure about for a man, perhaps a suitable asteroid conjunction to their Sun - iQ could probably help there.

I've no evidence or ideas about Cap rising and aging. Sorry I can't help there.

Hmm, I have a Neptune- Venus trine but it's loose, so I don't know about that. And I have asteroid Valentine conjunct Sun ( I'm not a man though).

Well the reason I'm asking this question is that I , please don't laugh, I am turning pretty. Pretty! As in cute, pretty, what the ****! Now you don't know me but I can tell you one thing: I am not pretty, girly and stuff.

Do you have venus trine neptunus and valentine conj sun ,you have something their no one can take away from you. That is not easy to see how other people visually to oneself. The most of us are strong critical into themselves.

As to Valentine conjunct Sun I have no idea what that means but think Valentine is more about love than beauty.

take a look at capricorn actors like denzel washington,jason bateman,patrick dempsey,faye dunaway,susan lucci,ricky martin, there's so many of them. i would say that time has done them some justice. lol

I'm in my early 30s and cap rising, and people tend to be a bit stunned when they find out my age. Most assume I'm 26 or thereabouts. I'm grateful for my ascendant - it counteracts genetics, which haven't done me many favours!

i have aqua rising, also influenced by saturn...and cappy jupiter in the 12th. while i would not say i look younger than i did 30 years ago, i FEEL younger, my body is WAY more comfortable, and i don't stress about inconsequentials any more...

i think aquas definitely come under the same saturn late-blooming influence, though with uranus by their side they are even MORE likely to look young in their old age than cappys..JMO!

I'm Virgo Sun, CAPPY MOON, Libra Asc with 1deg Saturn & Mercury conjunct exact. I also have a close Venus sext. Neptune (didnt know that affected anything).

...but I can certainly vouch that the older I get, the younger people think I am. I'm still in my 20's so I cant say for 30+. When I was a kid, to Highschool & Univ, people always thought I was few years older. I was always called an old-soul growing up. I think it's more due to personality though, because I was ultra serious to the point friends nic-named me "Granny" in Univ. I dont think I've let loose that much, but maybe a bit more relaxed now. I did notice others started to mature more when they hit mid-20's. Maybe it's the fact others are finally starting to catch up...but then again nowadays people always think I'm few years younger than what I am.

I have a Capricorn Rising with saturn conjunct uranus in the 12th.

When I was a teen, people thought I was in my 20s. Now that I'm in my 20s, people think I'm in my teens. Last Spring, for instance, a 10 year old girl shouted that she thought I was 12. FML.....

Hahaha...Capricorns.

I have been interested in this Capricorn guy who I just found out had a birthday.

When I asked him how old he was turning, he looked at me with this gleam in his eye and said: "36." Because he had that gleam in his eye and a look on his face that said he was messing with me, coupled with the fact that in the past he has talked to me about college, I glared right back at him because I wasn't sure that I believed him (knowing young Cappies can look older than they are). When he realized I wasn't falling for it, he said: "...Going on 26. I'm 36 going on 26."

I didn't ask him to clarify, so I'm still confused. To ME he looks like he's maybe in his late 20s, early 30s. He could either be a 26 year old who looks slightly older than he is, or a 36 year old who looks slightly younger than he is.

Either way, he knows how to use it to effect.

I would have to agree with you there. I was ID'd for buying alcohol last year at 25! The legal age for buying alcohol is 18! WTF?
I was so offended!

And apparently I look younger when I wear my glasses at work (for computer use).

But my pic is on the ASC thread .. I am 26 in May ... don't know if I look really young or not. I don't feel it that's for sure lol

Milyi maybe valentine conjunct sun means that you love yourself lol but seriously, I read on another thread.. nove said that he read somewhere that you can grow into your sun ... maybe you are growing into your sun/valentine and learning to love you
