I wonder if someone can clarify me on this question - suppose that I've asked if me and a friend are going to meet soon. But then in the horary chart, her ruler is forming an applying aspect with a ruler that represents someone else rather. But that aspect won't be perfected before the Moon changes sign. Does it mean that my friend will almost meet the other person, but it won't happen (since the aspect won't be finished/perfected)?

But then that might not make sense, since the Moon is the fastest body (Moon would often change signs before any applying aspects can be perfected, unless the degrees are tight). But if that doesn't count, then what if the Moon changes sign and forms/completes an applying aspect with my friend's ruler first rather than the other person's ruler with hers? Does it mean that I'll meet her first after all?

hey comica can you please post the chart? I'll try and have a look at it tomorrow (with my limited horary knowledge lol .. but maybe we can figure it out if we put our heads togheter )

As far as I'm aware it has to be before the moon changes signs. All other aspects after this are not counted.

MsCandeh, thank you for your response. X3 But well, I can't really post the chart here since I don't have it anymore and can't remember the date/hour. But well, I still remember the following:

me: Moon as ruler
person 1 (my friend): ruler1
person2 (friend of mine and person1): ruler2 (ruler of the intercepted sign, and not the main ruler of the house)

- ruler1 forming applying aspect with ruler2 in the early degrees;
- Moon in the middle degrees of a sign but will form an out of sign applying aspect to ruler1 and ruler2 at the end of the sign.

But well, just as you said, I've read that it doesn't count if two rulers only complete the aspect after at least one of them changes signs (it's interpreted as a change in mind/thoughts of the ruler person).
I've also read that the ruler of the intercepted sign in the representative house (in this case, ruler2) doesn't count if the main ruler itself isn't forming any aspect.

So I guess that no one is meeting with anyone in this case, or that I would meet them with a different mindset?
