I don't know this person very well yet but he is going to be directing a project I'm working on. First impressions seem good but I'm a bit uncertain and distrustful.. at the moment, so I was wondering what you guys thought. I'm not sure what to make of this synastry. I look at it and I have to look away. I just can't interpret it. I feel confused lol If it was someone else's I could probably find something to say.. But the one word that comes to mind is: "complicated".. I hope this won't feel as complicated as it looks.
I have some questions: 1. Is he more likely to admire or downplay my brand of intelligence and problem solving ability? 2. Would he like me as a friend? 3. Could I trust him to work in my favour - if it was in his power - or would he stay neutral? Thanks so much to anyone who replies!! IP: Logged |

lotsa aries there! you could get on like gangbusters and rule the world IF you don't compete with each other... as to him going to bat for you, i don't like the look of his neptune in your 6th but that COULD swing in a positive direction. but it does look like you could work well together; venus conjunct sun could be a brilliant indication...i just wouldn't want to lean on him when the going got tough! neptune is so good at the ostrich position! Thank you Katatonic! That's very interesting. That's exactly what my gut feeling said - not to lean on him when the going gets rough. I didn't even *think* of his Neptune in my 6th - that was very well spotted! IP: Logged |

I wouldnt be so worry about his neptune in ur 6th house. My ex husband has that placement in my chart and I cannot think of anybody more supportive of me in the career and work. what i observed though is I perceived him to sloppy and scattered.Do u perceive ur colleague in such a way? on the other hand, his venus has nice aspects to the your moon. I wouldnt worry much about neptune.pluto oppose mars and sun? power struggles, confrontations?i guess that if u listen to the lessons of pluto, this may be a very transformative experience. his pluto oppose ur mercury, he has some influence in your learning and thinking process? and his saturn in house ten, guess he can come very critical. moon in 11, i think u can count that he likes u as friend. i wish i could provide more informed and global reading. i just know how to read aspects separatedely. i will try to see more tomorro. now i am going out. best having his venus in ur 10 looks as he has some admiration for you at the career level, well, is his venus squaring uranus?(sorry, but sometimes i prefer the PDF tables so i can see the aspects more clearly)if so, these feelings can be back and forth? His Venus is in between your Mercury & Jupiter (thinking style/intelligence) suggests that he'll admire & probably have an affinity with your style of intelligence. BTW it's refreshing to see a synastry post that's focussed on ones career as opposed to romance IP: Logged |

Caramia and Deliverance - Thank you so much for replying! I'm just about to leave but I have some thoughts on the same aspects - specially the Venus-Merc+Jup.. so I'll reply when I get back Eskimono - Thanks again! I really hope so *fingers crossed* I have a lot of respect for this person. Lara - if you see this I was wondering what you thought since you are a Taurus with Aries placements. He is a Taurus with Taurus Mars, Aries Moon and Mercury. IP: Logged |

Moon conj Asc = Emotional Harmony. Asc conj Jupiter = He is lucky for you. Jupiter + Mercury conj Venus = You are lucky for him. Venus conj Sun = Fair Wealth Sharing.[Classical Linda Goodman Analysis ]These 4 positives are good enough for success in any team project. IP: Logged |

That sounds great. I really hope he is supportive.. so far he has been. And yes I do see him as slightly scattered but I find it hilarious. He's very hard-working and everything gets *done* - so it's not a problem. quote: pluto oppose mars and sun? power struggles, confrontations?
Yeah, exactly! - I'm a bit worried about the stellium on my NN.. In a sense it could be a positive thing - taking me in the right direction.. but maybe it's too much, too soon? Three planets! I find my NN a little difficult - possibly due to the Pluto & Scorpio SN.. His Sun and Moon I like.. His Mars could go either way. Sometimes I find that particular Mars position (and I've met guys with the exact same Mars position) a bit harsh for me & the Mars-Pluto opposition can get pretty negative. Other times it can be energizing. Deliverance, thanks! - yes that's my favourite aspect! I'm really hoping the mercury-venus-jupiter sees us through any potential problems. IP: Logged |

Thank you IQ! - I'm glad that all you said is very positive. The reason this chart confuses me is because it feels like a "twist of fate".. It feels unfair almost to have such positive aspects with someone, and then have some really harsh ones also. I think I'd get along *best* with a colleague who has that mercury-venus-jupiter with *me* in the 10th house, but without the Pluto opposition and the NN stuff. I'm afraid that he might like parts of my personality and intensely dislike other parts. For example he's a very energetic person, quite hyperactive - he's always doing something. He never sits still for 2 seconds (I attributed this to his singleton Jupiter in Air). I am somewhat energetic myself but not to that extent. I think he expects me to socialize with him and some other people – on a weekly basis - which I'm happy to do... but I don't want to feel pushed and pulled into things. Sometimes I need off-time.. Sometimes I want to unwind. He seems to me – his personality, not his chart - (and it might be completely MY flawed interpretation) like someone who would constantly bug me to do things I'm not that comfortable with - specially in a social setting. His motto for me would be : "yes you're intelligent - I like you etc.. BUT - I really think you could lighten up!" Is that possible, based on the astrology ^ or is it just in my head? I'm hoping that's not the case because I'm just *me*.. and way to stubborn to change for anyone.. so if he does see me this way.. or says something to me - to that effect.. my reaction would be to shut him out, not to change. How has it been going so far? With such a packed 4th House, I dont think he would socially bug you too much. If only he knew astrology though, an astro savvy project director would win cage fights to hire an Aries Sun-Cap Moon/Mars combination. You will accomplish every assigned task without complaint.

IQ - Thanks! So far, so good.. I have a meeting with him on Tuesday, so I'll see how that goes. Overall he's friendly and upbeat, which I like. He asks way too many questions though LOL But it's kind of funny. quote: an astro savvy project director would win cage fights to hire an Aries Sun-Cap Moon/Mars combination. LOL I thought Aries people were a nightmare since they always want to do things *their* way! PS. IQ have you had a look in LLC2 of late? IP: Logged |
