I see a 8th house stellium, which makes sense why we both like Twin Peaks!

leo rising, sun pisces h8 = he wants recognition for his efforts like any good lil leo influence but ultimately he knows it's not about praise it's about connection. h8 is shared resources, pisces sun is his self, he wants to merge completely with the other. become enveloped in a dream that exists just for 2.

venus pisces h8 = magnifies the above, even more merging, even more sharing of resources, a deep soul connection, and a very sensitive person.

sun venus H8 pisces trine pluto h4 = he has active links to his subconscious, the past is never too far away and it's in the home where me met/meets his deep undercurrents, but they fuel him and give strength to his pisces psychic impressions. he's not the average fish: very strong with leo rising and strong h8 (scorpio) trine to pluto h4 (scorpio). very intuitive, nothing gets past him. venus and sun trine pluto is tons of magnetism, in fact, it may come too easy to him, and he's definitely aware of his charms, for sure. but venus pisces gives and gives, in H8 he wants someone who will give to him as well, a strong mutual exchange.

all the pisces ruled by neptune capricorn H6 = this is more testament to his strength, he has determination and ambition hidden in those neptune waters. PLUS it's conj Saturn in capricorn which is so very much at home. in H6 this is what his bread and butter daily routine is made of. he plots, he intuits, and he crafts big dreams. dreams with those easy aspects he could craft into a very well structured reality.

mars h10 conj jupiter = well this would be the energy to make things happen, the mars drive. in taurus it knows what it wants and what it doesnt (stubborn) and jupiter can add to that. but big artistic dreams here, so it's another testament to that apart from the pisces/capricorn influence.

above conj square mercury in aquarius h8 = ok this is a little bit of exaggeration, may talk a big talk from time to time or come off as knowing more than he does (wanting to appear more intelligent as in book smart). i'll bet that with that leo he talks his dreams up for sure. and he can be stubborn all right, this points to wanting to enforce (sp?) his opinions, at times forcefully (but this may be subdued by the pisces) and state his mind no matter what (aquarius).

NN is in pisces as well h8, so he's quite in line to achieve in this life what he'd like. if he could focus his mental reserves not so much on talking and more on doing, channel all that, he could be an idealist who has form behind his big dreams. but then again merc sq jupiter is good for selling those dreams.

im gonna add that he's strongly uranian as his uranus is singleton by no major aspects and his mercury is singleton by only air planet. fwiw.

edit: do you have something trining his aqua mercury, what kinda air do you have?
