Topic: Who has the loudest voice in you??

Just going through a very confusing time with a friend of mine who is giving me very mixed messages and it's leading me to wonder which astrological voice within him is shouting the loudest? He has a very late Libran Sun (almost Scorpio), a late Virgo Moon a Libran Asc (exactly conjunct my Sun) and a Sagittarius Venus. I decided to then question who holds the final say within myself? I'm a Libra Sun with Cancer Asc and Capricorn Moon so I both square and oppose myself. It's never a dull moment in my head haha! ;D Being a Libran I'm almost always focussed on relationships and I have a Scorpio Venus which makes me tremendously and intensely passionate, and can make the already keen interest in matters of the heart something of an obsession when my scales are out of kilter. I would have to say though I think it's my Venus that has the final say and directs my course more often than not. Of course there are several other planets and countless asteroids that all affect each and every one of us, and transits will in turn activate and affect those further, but as a general rule, I notice myself listening to, seeking out and acting on the impulses from my intense Scorpionic Venus. Its funny that there should be a topic about this just when I was thinking about it.I have found that my Sun-sign, moon sign and mercury sign are more recognizable to me than they are to people external to me. When I project myself; meet other people for social reasons. I find that it is my venus that is inter-acting with them. I have venus in Scorpio and many people mistake me for a Scorpion as I can seem standoffish and aloof(I don't notice this beacuse it is something I don't project consciously). People say that I often give them the impression that I don't want them close to me and so they stand at a far distance from me.
Mars is the sign that gets me up and going; making me actively bond with someone and want to be their friend/mate/boyfriend etc. It is often the sign that draws my interset(whether platonic or otherwise) to another.
I have noticed that most people that I have a great time with have venus in Gemini/Aquarius/Libra which sits well with my Mars in Libra and inspires friendship. More often than not, however, I think my Venus in Scorpio dominates.I think that partly has to do with the fact that human beings are social creatures and inter-act with each other, form relationships with each other and so on. So , it would make sense that in our interactions with each other, we put our "best" foot forward. Venus does that to a great extent in my chart because it is alo the ruler of my ascendant. When I'm with others I don't really know well, my Pisces DC is the loudest. If I feel comfortable enough, then my Aries Sun/Moon/Venus/Mercury will be kinda loud~ XD
My AC can be kinda loud too, although more within myself.IP: Logged |

That's interesting that you say your DC is what drives you most often - my DC is Cap and my moon sits just outside it in the 6th but I think it's possibly the 2nd most insistant force within me. With my friend, he's ultra charming and really turns on the Libran smile but I would hazard a guess it's his Sag Venus that calls the shots quite a lot of the time and forces him to seek a healthy dollop of freedom alongside his romance. Very confusing to be on the receiving end of - one minute he's charming you and behaving like Casanova and the next he's... well, conspicuous by his absence! People see my Mars in Capricorn in the 8th house - when it comes to being on the ball and being so well organized. Remembering almost every detail of things that have passed. Add my Aqua MC, Sun Opposite Uranus - and they see my aloof and distant side. But those who know my feel my Cancer Moon and Pisces Venus. Folks know when I talk there is something importnat that needs to be said and they had better listen. IP: Logged |

Yep, that is a Saggie Venus for you. I am one, and I love one. I know exactly what you mean, and this particular person is all scorp/libra/saggie, he is a walking contradiction!!!I guess for me it's a toss up. My libra Moon seems to rule my actions (well, Mars is in Libra too, so, that would be why) and it seems to control my thoughts most of the time, my daydreams as well. Yet, I feel that Mercury in Scorp describes the way I come across as well as the way I think, it's a LOUD voice. But, at the end of the day, My Sun just philopshizes the s**t out of every single little thing, and that really is how I get by. Whoever writes these "It's always darkest before dawn" and similiar sayings has to be a Sag, I swear! IP: Logged |

Yeah Cynnared, Cancer Moon I would say would be a strong driving force, being in it's 'rightful' place so to speak!  Gypsee that's really helped to clear up some of the confusion so thanks for that!  He and I have also got Merc in Scorpio so it's one hell of an intense conversation sometimes haha! ;D IP: Logged |
