Contrary to what I read, though I am Sun in Sagittarius, I seem to exude Scorpio traits to people whom I meet.

I don't know how many times I've heard people ask me "Are you Scorpio?" as there seems to be a lot of glamour and popularity associated with the sign(understandably so).

I know that most people and sites describe the Venus planet as the "love planet" and what our ideals of love are but I beg to differ.In my experience, Mars seems to be the planet that rules my love-life.

Interestingly enough, there seems to be some interaction between the Sun, Venus and Mars that I have noticed in my relationships. Let me explain:

In my life..I attract people to me with my Venus. My Venus in Scorpio is unconscious and subtle in its projection. It is through Scorpio Venus that I attract people to me (with the help of my ascendant), but Venus is not whom/what I am necessarily attracted to.Not unless Mars or my Sun also sit in Scorpio/water or an earth sign(which they don't).Having a Fixed Mars in a masculine sign may add spice to the mix by complicating "attraction' a great deal too.

Nevertheless,with my Venus in this position, I do attract Sun and Mars in Scorpio's, water signs,Earth signs or Fixed masculine signs (consistently so mind you). I've seen an apparent pattern in this and this proves to be true again and again.

With my Mars in Libra, I am immediately(often spontaneously) attracted to Solar/Venusian air/fire or Cardinal feminine signs.

All of my past lovers (regardless of sun-signs) have had Venus in Air signs of Libra, Aquarius or Gemini(I have the least of luck with this one however).
My longest relationships was with a Venus in Aries and another who had his Venus in Cancer(very difficult).

The Sun and Mars are "drawn":

The Sun is often in it for playful reasons and fun.

Mars is in it to get frisky.

If there is no interaction between Mars and Venus but inter-action between Mars and the Sun, things remain competitive and platonic.

If there is interaction between Mars and Venus only; excluding the Sun: Things can get passionte but also explosive.

If there is inter-action only between venus and the Sun, things remain platonic and friendly and affection is warm but not necessarily sexual/all-consuming in nature.

If there is inter-action between Mars,Venus and the Sun (Which is perhaps ideal), you have warm friendship and desire for each other in the relationship.

My Ex:

His Sun inter-acts with my Mars (Friendly competition).
My Sun inter-acts with his Mars

His Venus interacts with my Mars(Desire)
My Venus ,unfortunately, doesn't interact with his Mars

His Venus interacts with my Sun
My Venus doesn't interact with his Sun.

Mostly waht is prevalent in this relationship is friendly competition and that is what we have, even after our break-up, we've been platonic friends.

I just wanted to know if anyone else notices these patterns...
