How sad. Tragically sad for this 40 year old who was so exceptionally talented.

awww he's a double pisces.

His mother died on 2nd February this year and he obviously couldn't deal with the grief

A ton of planets in the 4th. 4th represents end of life.

T. Jup on his mercury which rules his 8th. I see jupiter transits in a lot of death charts. I'm not a medical astrologer, but merc could mean lung (breathing) problems.

I guess here, mercury represents the mind. Jupiter expanded his depression. Natal merc squares mars (violence/action) and sextiles neptune (sometimes delusion/mental fog/illeness in the negative expression). t. uranus on moon shows the mother's death and also hiss unstable emotions at the time.

Very sad...it all would've gotten better -- things always do, even if it doesn't seem that way at the time.

I guess I am not up on fashion designers.

Just because you have planets in your 4th doesn't mean you will die. 4th just indicates conditions at the end of life.

What does the double pisces mean???

My grandmother is a double pisces also but she is the toughest person I know!! She has survived losing a spouse (at a young age), both parents and a child.

What a loss for fashion, and of course more importantly a huge loss for his family and friends. He was extremely talented and I loved his work and will miss seeing his creative designs. I'm surprised he was a double Pisces because his work seemed so Aries/Sag to me. A Scorpio ascendant makes sense as it would give more emphasis to his Sag Mars, but I can also see Libra Asc as feasible since it would emphasize the Aries Venus.
