Would the astrologers out there consider one's Saturn at 19 * Gemini and another's Venus at 25* Gemini a conjunction. I know some use tighter orbs for synastry. Just wondering about this one and any experiences of how this may have played out in your relationships. From what I remember reading, it can be a very good connection to have with someone. I know Saturn is the "glue". Thanks! IP: Logged |

for me it's a bit wide. I like to use 4' orb in conjunction MAX. With saturn on venus you might feel it still but it will be nice and not so restricting IP: Logged |

I agree with Lara about the effect, since I think that wider conjunctions won't lead to direct affectation between each other, but the compatibility is still there, so that Venus won't be pressured by Saturn while they are happy with each other.IP: Logged |

I am really only a dilettante when it comes to astrology but I have a tid-bit I think I can give to you regarding your conjunction-I had this same conjunction with a man once, (me, girl) same sign. I was saturn. The separation between the planets was 8 degrees. I felt it and so did he. He was very, very reliant on that gemini venus and I came along and he felt me and my seriousness here STRONGLY. The only other thing I wanted to say was that I think it is possible that a gemini venus may be more distressed by saturn than some others but again, I don't really have the authority to speak to that.
