With Midpoints, you should always create the equation so that the planet is first. For example:

x=y/z

Not the other way around.

Yours should look like this:

His planet/point to your Midpoints

Node=Sun/Venus
Mercury=Moon/Venus

Your planet/point to his Midpoints

ASC=Sun/Moon
Moon=Moon/Venus; Moon/Neptune
Sun=Saturn/Pluto
Venus=Pluto/BML

Other than that, how is he dealing with your Sun on his Saturn/Pluto? I once had a work colleague who had her Sun on my Saturn/Pluto. She was really tough and would kind of punch me in the arm each morning just to say hello. IT REALLY HURT! LOOOOOOOL!!

Just a question so who would feel the effects more?

Say for example if A's moon is conjunct my sun/moon do i feel more fated in the relationship or do they?

Example:
His ASC = my Sun/Venus

Just through the way he is, appears, through his physicality (ASC) he activates Sun/Venus in me, which is indicative of affectionate attraction and admiration.

So I would probably admire someone with the ASC on my Sun/Venus-mp (btw does anyone have ASc on 1 Cap?), but it doesn`t need to be mutual, unless I have something that activates strong midpoints in him.

BTW I am keeping the orbs even tighter with midpoints 1-1,5 degree maximum, as there are so many midpoints, and if we are looking at conjunction, opposition, square, semisquare and sesisquare, it gets really crowded.

Well, personally I usually look only at conjunction, opposition and square (because I am too lazy to look out for the other ones, besides I do not use them in regular synastry either); maybe the conjunction could have a bigger orb? About 2 degree?
What do you think, Geocosmic?

I only count midpoint to midpoint if there is a natal or transiting planet activating it.
So I think these midpoints will lay dormant, until a planet will be transiting 8 Libra, or if one of you has a planet at 8 Libra, Aries, Cancer or Capricorn.

Looks like a very intense configuration. A strong sexual attraction from you to him (because it is your Venus-Mars-midpoint that is being triggered). His Pluto intensifies it even more. Are you "under his spell"?

I have a celebrity example on my own chart.
Jude Law`s Mercury is precisely conjunct my Venus-Mars-mp.
I really think there is nothing sexier in this world (my Venus-Mars-mp) than his voice. It`s almost ridiculous, when this man speaks, I´m completely lost.
