It means Pluto is conjunct your ascendant, either in the 1st or 12th house.

My husband has this, I haven't noticed he has any stalkers.

It has obsessional qualities. That's not necessarily bad. It depends how it fits into your chart. It could make a trine to Mercury and show great concentration and stamina for difficult tasks, as an example.
