Would having Pluto sextile mars and venus in your natal chart give you scorpion qualities in how you approach/deal with love and sex? Or what you are attracted to, your attractiveness.....yada yada yada.
Or is sextile not strong enough to have a noticeable influence?

It can be noticeable - if it's a close one.. or if there is some other reason for it to be significant..

For example:

- If one of the planets is conjunct AC - IC - DC - MC - NN or SN.

- If one of the planets is your AC ruler or your Sun's dispositor..

- If the sextile is part of a configuration like a kite..
