The grand trine of Sun, Mars and Moon suggest that she's able to conceive.IMO, there's a chance of conception next year.... Pluto is conjunct her Sun (and will continue to be there until 2012) & Jupiter will be on her Moon in either late 2010 or 1st half of 2011 - her Moon is in Aries but the exact degree is unknown since there's no time of birth. The north node will also cross her Sun by the end of the year. The combination of the aforementioned transits on her luminaries suggests there could be a pregnancy next year

Assuming that she's been to a doctor who's said all is good, much of what I said still stands, the transit of Saturn in her 5th could point to a manifestation of 5th house matters, namely children.Saturn is natally in her 5th, that signature is echoed by her Capricorn Sun. Saturn is also square her 5th house ruler. The Sun/Saturn combination illustrates why she's been having difficulty conceiving pre-Saturn return. She's nearly through the end of her Saturn return (Saturn will be in conjunction orb when it retrogrades into Virgo later this year.) By next year the conjunction will be out of orb & she'll have the conjunctions that I mentioned in the other post - Pluto on Sun & Jupiter on Moon AND north node will be on her mercury her 5th house ruler. 2011/2012 is looking promising.
