Neptune-Midheaven can just indicate an extremely sensitive, idealistic, imaginative person in generalmost astrologers view the midheaven as career
but cosmobiologists,Hamburg School/Uranian Astrologers view the midheaven as the ego consciousness, the "I",soul. They viewed it as the most important thing in the chart. They looked at transits to the Midheaven when it came to rectifying charts.
Cosmetologist Eleanora Kimmel wrote about the Midheaven having to do with the brain proper
there are so many manifestations of Neptune-Midheaven aspects and all aspects for that matters
There is nothing to freak out
there are no cut and dry indicators for certain things because planets are associated with many things
Like I said before in another thread, the indicators for psychiatric disorders can be the same indicators for neurodivergence because their symptoms/traits overlap. More complicated is there is often co-morbidity (that means co-existing conditions in the same person) between them.
It's always good to consider the whole entire chart and not just focus one or a few aspects.
In Medical Astrology,
hard Neptune aspects can indicate misdiagnoses as well as oversensitivity to drugs/meditations due to being an extremely sensitive person.
A person with hard Neptune aspects can be easily misdiagnosed as having psychiatric disorder. It could be due to their extreme sensitivity which may be looked down upon as a psychiatric disorder. It's not like the psychiatric community recognizes psychic sensitivity either.
