I was thinking recently that, as a general rule, aspects that I have with the opposite sex that provoke sexual urges and aspects that are suposed to create these feelings but fail and wondered how this played out with others.For example, Mars/Venus conjunction is not as sexual for me as others seem to comment, it only makes it easier to build a rapport and attraction can be high. However, if there is an opposition between Mars/Venus it can turn me into an sexually obsessed maniac with the person in question. So, how is it for you? If you want to add astrological reasoning for it then that is certainly welcome too. What aspects blow your socks off and which have as much carisma than a wet rag!

the few people i've felt extreme sexual tension and passion with all have had close aspects (either trine, conj, or square) my Venus or Mars. strong and close Eros aspects have also played a role. the guy i'm dating now shares great passion with me..it's intense. we both have Venus in Scorpio, conjunct. his Venus trines my Mars in Pisces. His Eros in Scorpio conjuncts his Venus natally and also my Venus..so i think Eros plays the biggest role in this particular relationship. some of the best synastry aspects i can think of in regard to sex and passion are trines, conjunctions, or squares between Sun-Mars, Venus-Mars, Venus-Moon, Eros-Mars, Eros-Venus, Eros-Moon. i also think people's planets falling into your 1st and 5th houses create this energy as well. ------------------

Yeah, 1st house is a good one for me too. Eros played a role too in my last relationship conjuncting my mars in scorpio but as a rule for me, Eros has to be in tight aspect to hold any singular effect.IP: Logged | |
