first thing that pops into my head is religion/spirituality. are you a writer for a living? there seems to be a connection between the two. i'm getting super strong involvement in spiritual or religious matters, or maybe more philosophical...

what ever it is, it seems like this is a great year for success in that area. perhaps a change in career towards something more fitting to your heart's desire. don't expect it to be an easy decision with pluto in the 10th. life changing perhaps and taking a long time to settle...

natal neptune in the 7th house sounds like you are very idealistic about relationships. SR saturn in 7th house is bringing your expectations down to earth.

Focus is a big problem for me, any distraction and I lose my chain of thought. A lot of unfinished work.

Pluto square Mercury, is that not a harsh transit re. communication?
Actually, the latest 'idea' I had was a possible screenplay based around an old (mythical) belief.
That wouldn't count as 'philosophical matters', would it?
