Weekly Weather March 29, 2010. It’s a Week of No. No. No. No. People are not looking for yes. People are looking for no. That said, just because it IS a Week of No, don’t let it STOP you for looking for YOUR yes, defining YOUR vision, stating YOUR desires and asking for what YOU want. Just tell them, the NO people, to think about it and get back to you in at the end of the week or even take until NEXT week! Next week is much more yes.
Kind of like an overtired two year old, that is SO exhausted he simply screams NO! at the top of his lungs as he kicks his sneaker shod feet in frustration, we are all going to be working with the tantrum energy of extreme frustration or perhaps over exhaustion. We might send off nasty emails. We might have a temper tantrum of our way is better than your way. We might stomp and yell and fuss.
Remember, there IS a block formed in the sky! There IS a giant cosmic NO hanging out up there in the heavens! The block isn’t going to clear until mid-August although it may produce changes in your own life and chart as early as June 6-8. There is a part of your life where, much as you MIGHT want to prod yourself to go forward, the universe is saying, “No, that is NOT happening right now!” Relax into the no. It is a boundary.
Where there is a clear no, there is a clear boundary. Think of the clear no’s this week as boundaries. You can try to adjust them later but for THIS week, take the clear No and move along. Go do something else. Go do what YOU want to do. They told you no. Or perhaps they shouted NO! at you. No worries. No is no. Go work on your yes. That is why boundaries are good things. They say, “Not here!” and you move along. And IF they ask WHY you are not staying around to fight with them about the no they just shouted, say it is because you are working on your yes.
Your yes is in your Leo house. Mars is starting to move though that house and picking up a bit of speed. He is where you want to head for yes. Your Leo house is where you want to and where you DO naturally shine in your life. It’s the house that is so much fun, you’d do it all day every day for free! It’s the area where you feel more alive and most connected to your solar core. Mars has a yes for you in that house. You might run into a bit of a power struggle in that house over the next few weeks even as you get yes. No worries, open up the triangle and invite them into play with you in the Leo area of your life.
Why is it a No week? The t-square formed last week is starting to break up. The t-square got stuff accomplished but at a bit of a cost. Folks who “lost” or didn’t get what they wanted, are all irritated and annoyed THIS week. So they are saying No because they can. They were annoyed last week too but they didn’t have the ability to “block” it. This week, as the Sun moves into a stressed semi-square with Neptune and Chiron, not only can they say No, they WILL say No.
Again, it is a big week for people to be working out of their blind spot ~ or perhaps being fueled by their blind spot. That is why the No is so out of control and irrational. Its not about the No. And, truth be told, it is not about you either. It is all about them not getting THEIR needs met by you in the manner in which they want you to meet their needs.
Both Venus and Mercury are in a positive sextile energy to the Neptune Chiron aspect but they are in a blind spot energy to the Uranus in Pisces. So kind of like a teenager who assures her friends that she can definitely go on the outing on Saturday, Venus and Mercury arrive home to find out that they have to go to their cousin’s First Communion followed by a family party on Saturday instead. And the Sun is not negotiating for Venus and Mercury. Sun is telling them they have to go to the family event and they cannot hang out with their friends. First communion of your cousin ~ once in a lifetime. Saturday with your friends, well basically every Saturday for the rest of your life.
Many options FOR REACTION exist. And with 4 of the 5 personal planets in Fire signs, we can expect fiery, passionate reactions, not a placid, quiet resignation phone call saying “I can’t go. I have to stay with my family on Saturday.” We can expect a tantrum or two. We are talking teenagers or over tired two year olds. The stress from last week was significant. It hasn’t been spent. The emotions are still running high. There IS a Full Moon. You get the idea. And if they can take it out on you, they will.
The point is for you to focus on what YOUR vision for yourself is. How do you want to spend your time? When I was a kid, my mother would say “As long as you are living under MY roof….” The implication was she made the rules that we followed because we lived there. But it also meant that when I had my OWN house….. I would get to make MY OWN rules. So while you are following the other guy’s rules THIS week, think about the rules that will govern your world when YOU rule it. That, too, is part of your archetypal myth that you are in the process of forming. Even if someone says No this week, they might say yes next week. Move on. No holding on to it. What’s your vision for yourself?
Mercury and Venus also change signs into Taurus this week. Venus becomes more gracious, lovely, kind and gentle. (thank the heavens!) Mercury become more silent, thoughtful and listens gently to the sounds of things growing instead of being so sharp tongued and cutting. Instead of the world wanting to fight, fight, fight, we’ll get a bit more peace as we send two of the personal planets into fixed Taurus earth from fighting initiating Aries fire.
Venus also a psychological fight with Mars ~ you may see things you hadn’t seen before. Last June 9, 2009, you started the current cycle at 15 Taurus. Venus Mars cycles are always about how we give ourselves permission to have what we desire. This is the psychological integration of the cycle begun back in June 2009. We had a crisis of confidence, test and faced choices you made on November 19, 2009 followed by an illumination and possible separation on January 27, 2010. This week, Venus and Mars want to integrate the story so we can wrap it up and move forward when we start the new cycle on August 20, 2010. Be ready to say what you want even if you may get a No. At least ask for it! Venus also has a trine with Pluto so she gets to YES! A bit later in the week.
And last but certainly NOT least, we reach the degree of Pluto’s upcoming station in Capricorn next week. Pluto slowing to stop in the sky and appear to go retrograde pushes all sorts of dark and hidden energies underground for it to erupt in a week or so. Yep, the traditional issues of Pluto stations come to the front burner ~ earth quakes, volcanoes, power grabs, coups, eruptions, wars, explosions and profound transformation. Pluto in Capricorn means we can expect these transformations to be PHYSICAL too. So in addition to the “NO” energy, we have the steady thrum, thrum, throb of Pluto slowing to a dead stop in the sky, causing each of us to notice the power issues and dynamics in our own lives.
And first, we have to get through THIS week of NO.
Monday Moon in Libra moves to a Full Moon at 10:25 pm EDT bringing the story from late September 29, 2008’s New Moon to culmination. What did you start in the fall of 2008, that had a test on June 29, 2009? It wants to climax or culminate now in your Aries/ Libra house. As this is a relationship axis, it most likely is a personal relationship but it can also be about other things that want to partner with you. Venus works with Neptune today to ask for what she wants. Even if they say NO, ask. Get your desired request out into the universe. Mercury fights with Jupiter so the authorities want to say NOPE, not happening, you whippersnapper! You have to wait your turn. Venus is also semi-sextile to Uranus so she has a bit of a blind spot that will derail her plans ~ the First Communion party instead of the outing with her friends. The friends get to hang out with Venus NEXT week ~ this week she has to sacrifice for the other. Closing aspect is a Moon opposition to Venus so while you may want it, it might leave you. The idea is to know that there are multiple versions of what is possible. Focus on where the yes is.
Tuesday Moon in Libra continues to ask us to focus on our relationships with others. Venus works with her wounds today as she sextiles Chiron and lives in the aspect for the balance of the day. Notice your dreams upon awakening as they are powerful and informative. Passions are high with this aspect sextile as the wounds are stimulated and weeping or seeping or causing you to seek to heal them. It can also be a tantrum day because you are SO frustrated. And there is particular delight in saying No, just because No feels good. They/ you WANT to say NO.
Wednesday has a passionate moon in Scorpio making oodles of aspects with a square to Neptune as the closing aspect. Paranoia can run wild on this day and Thursday. After a restless night of poor sleep as the Moon in Libra fights with late degree Venus and Mercury, the day has a number of strong aspects that feed your intuition or psychic side. While you may not know EXACTLY what is up, you KNOW some thing is up. Yep. You are right. Don’t react in a paranoid manner. Just trust that when it is time for you to know what is going on, that you will know what is going on. Pay attention to the clues before you. Just because you are a bit paranoid, it doesn’t mean you are WRONG! Watch for the message in your dreams or the important connection that you make from last nights tossing and turning. Venus enters Taurus today so love grounds a bit. YEAH! Mercury gives you some news that is not good. It is not bad news either ~ but it wasn’t the news you wanted. It might even be a no. But it is NEWS. You have a firm boundary and a decision. Pluto is a bit stressed over who he has to partner with ~ it is all about the levels of control. When he feels out of control, he stresses. Remind Pluto that control is illusory ~ a fantasy of his mind. Suggest if he REALLY wants what he SAYS he wants, he’ll go along with this partnership. Or at least give it a try. Venus is in conjunct to Saturn ~ again a mind game playing energy. We do such damage to ourselves by letting our minds play tricks with us. So tell your mind to be quiet and go listen to music in the corner. Or play piano. Or do SOME THING creative. Mercury is sextile to Neptune so he’s in the mood to ask for what he wants too. Again, you might get a NO but at least put it out there. Someone else might be listening.
Thursday Moon in Scorpio continues to be intense. Jupiter is quintile to Pluto suggesting the brothers are up to some sort of plot, intrigue or making secret decisions. It is actually a great idea so let them have a bit of room to run with it. You’ll find out the details soon enough. And if you are the one with the great idea in collaboration with another, go for it. Mercury is sextile Chiron so your fears about your ability to communicate will be running wild today. No worries. You’ve worked hard to get to where you are. Trust the process. Notice the changes in the patterns at work here. That is where the real truth lies. Moon in Scorpio has lovely aspects with Jupiter today so say yes. It might not work out but say yes. Look for yes.
Friday is a busy day. The moon is void in the morning and goes into Sagittarius at 12:52 EDT. The closing aspects are lovely so set all sorts of plans loose this afternoon. Get stuff out the door. The answer will be yes, yes, a thousand times, yes! Mercury goes into Taurus and grounds his sharp mouthed energy. Mars is quintile Juno so partnerships are supported. Offers are accepted. Offers are made. Deals are cut. The wind comes up and fills your sails. Mercury has a deeper understanding of the depth of Saturn on the world axis and in a profound space. Public announcements take place. Make sure to know the world is watching, because it is. A collective breath is held. And suddenly Venus gets to YES! As she collaborates with creation, sings songs to the sky and dances with the waves on the shore. It feels like it clears to YES. There are still nos. There is still a road block. But Yes was glimpsed! The pattern changed! You noticed the pattern changed! That is what was needed. The pattern needed to change. Sun did speak to Neptune about the NATURE of the dream that Venus and Mercury talked about earlier in the week. Sometimes it takes TIME. Other times it takes a clearing. A clearing is coming.
Saturday Moon in Sagittarius brings a glorious glow to the day. Venus squares Mars so you psychologically get to integrate the story of what happened last summer, fall and winter into a new chapter that can bloom in spring. Venus active with Mars makes it a good day to move forward with relationship plans ~ or at least to move toward a relationship idea. Mercury is talking to Ceres suggesting the creative idea(s) is a good one. Sun says to Venus and Mercury ~ see your cousin’s First Communion party WAS fun! While they roll their eyes, he knows it was important for the COUSIN as well as for Venus and Mercury to come. Sagittarius moon has a party!
Sunday, Mercury is trine Ceres and trying to ground the energy back into the earth. Mercury is having a bit of an argument with his buddy Jupiter. Normally, those two are thick as thieves. Now, seemingly out of nowhere, they are fighting. And fighting loudly. It is a loud fight about other, unspoken things. They know what they are fighting about. Let them work it out by themselves. Once it settles down, remind them not to let the anger fester as they will be planting anger and frustration, instead of good and happy energy. Now that the planets are in earth, they want to put down roots to start to grow. Transplant them if need be! There are two gifts of brilliance under today‘s sky so allow yourself to follow up on the ideas that come to you. Venus is also trine to Pluto so she‘s gotten, finally to yes. Lean against the yes and sigh. Deep in your heart, you know it is good.
