Good explanation. I also think it depends what other aspects are connected to Venus-Mars.
For example my Mars is conjunct my Neptune (in Sag), so a guy`s Venus which is on my Mars will probably also conjunct my Neptune (and ASC). If someone`s Mars is conjunct my Venus (in Cap), it will probably be squaring my Pluto, too. No surprise I always experience the conjunction in Sag as more dreamy and romantic, while the one in Cap is definitely more intense. IP: Logged |

Very interesting about the Mars and Venus in the male/female roles. It makes sense, though. My male friend has a Mars/Moon exact conjunction in Virgo. He can never make moves on woman. He waits for them . His aggression and sexuality is too tied to the moon( female, mother, emotions) This is different but similar, I think. The Mars energy is not free to be aggressive or sexual. What do you think? Ami

quote: So in this way, the man's Mars can be energized by a contact to his Venus. If his Mars is better aspected than the woman's, this may be better overall for the relationship, providing the woman doesn't mind backing off with her Mars energies.
And: also this can be truth in our case. My mars isn't well aspected; a square to my Moon and I'm far more an emotional/ultra-sensitive/demanding/bursts out of control mess in contrast with him, when we're together. Because I realize that, I indeed don't mind backing off with my Mars energy. I trust his' more often than my own. IP: Logged | |
