"Can someone explain the nodes."Nodes are just the intersection of 2 orbital planes. That's all they are. all objects have nodes because all objects have orbits that are in relation to other objects.
Think of 2 rings that are interlocked. The Ascending intersection is the North Node and the descending intersection is the South Node.
Is True Node the same as MC?
nope. MC which is the Midheaven is considered the highest point of the intersection of the Meridian and Ecliptic. Most astrologers see the Midheaven as the beginning of the 10th house. In other house systems like equal and whole sign house, Midheaven isn't the beginning of the 10th house and tends to be in other houses.
"if so, so then the S Node is the DC?"
South Node is not the Descendant. Descendant is the sign setting in the West. Ascendant is the sign rising on the Eastern horizon. It is also known as the Rising Sign.
South Node is opposite of the North Node...that can apply to any object. not just the Moon. all objects have nodes.
What is a mean node?
"Please explain the nodes...
Thanks in ADVANCE!!!"
Nodes are said to be about connections, associations, meetings by Cosmobiologists,Uranian Astrologers.
Mainstream Astrologers see them as having to do with karmic lessons/experiences
the north node of an object is like present karmic experiences and the south node of an object is like past karmic experiences. This doesn't apply to just the lunar node. all objects have a north and south node.
